I recently spoke with the owner, Mike Sr., regarding an incident that occurred on Saturday, 11/1, near his business involving his son, Mike Jr.
While Mike Sr. was courteous and professional during our conversation, I was disappointed that the seriousness of his son's conduct was minimized. The incident reflected poor professionalism and disrespect toward both myself and an elderly neighboring business owner--someone who has been a respected part of the Bedford business community for many years.
The situation began when I briefly parked outside an unoccupied service bay on a Saturday after business hours while my longtime servicer was finishing up work on another vehicle. Shortly afterward, Mike Jr. approached us in an aggressive and confrontational manner, raising his voice and demanding that I move my vehicle. Although I immediately complied and took responsibility for parking there, his tone toward both me and the neighboring servicer remained hostile and disproportionate.
What concerned me most was that this exchange occurred in front of his young daughter, which made the unprofessionalism even more troubling. For someone who publicly promotes family values, this display of anger was disappointing to witness.
Overall, based on this encounter and the subsequent response, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider whether this reflects the type of professionalism they expect from a local business. read more
