Great if you are looking for a long assssss dinner. I think that's what my dinner group was looking for so that part is ok. It was the 4 course early bird special. All smaller portions of each course. About 50 min between each portion. And each dish was good, but pretty basic af for the todo of it all. I would not recommend to anyone I know or like. But I'm sure there are people looking for this exact thing. Service was good from Shawn. Bus boy was something special. They only have ice cream for dessert.

One of our favs , go to , never disappoint 's. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. They work hard to be their best. Wonderful extensive choices to pick from and very reasonable prices. We are here this evening for early bird menu 4-6 pm . Includes appetizer, salad, entree, veg, potato AND SCRUMPTIOUS DESSERT. Average price $24.00.. win win situation. Tonight's choices, filet mignonette & lamb

Another next level dinner at Miguel's. A starter plate of appetizers and fresh hot bread served on arrival. Started with piping hot french onion soup and side salad with vinaigrette dressing. The roast duck with l'orange sauce was so tender and delicious. Julienned carrots with red cabbage adorned the plate, as well as a seasoned rice. This hidden gem is nestled in the corner of a strip mall on Siesta Key. Upscale dining with excellent wait staff and expert chefs.

This was one of the best meals I have had in a while. If you can go to the early bird dinner. You will need reservations. As for service it was spot on. Our waiter helped me with a suggestion between the two dishes I wanted, I personally had the escargot and the veal piccata and they were both excellent.

My husband and I recently made a trip to Sarasota Florida in search of a French restaurant. This restaurant came highly recommended by reviews that I found on Yelp. Upon our arrival we were cheerfully greeted and sat at our table. The atmosphere of the restaurant was more like an old fashioned, Continental Cuisine Restaurant than a French restaurant.  The one chandelier had half the lights missing. I will say that the service was pretty much spot on. The waiter was wonderful, friendly and took very good care of us. There was a complementary starter of fresh vegetables and pate. The pate was so delicious that we ordered some additional pate. We then had the garlic soup which was different, but delicious. We ordered the Caesar salad, that prepared table side. I felt that there too much lettuce there for the salad. The dressing made by was fairly good but not as good as I was used too. One entree was the Fruits De Mer, a seafood dish.  It had shrimp ,scallops and fish . It was very tasty well prepared. I had the hanger steak that was medium rare with a side of duck fat fries For dessert we had bananas foster prepared table side. The menu was more Continental cuisine as opposed to a true French menu. The restaurant was very busy and appeared to have many regulars. Overall not a bad experience but it wasn't quite were looking for , as far as a true French restaurant. We left happy . I recommend the restaurant if your in Sarasota.

Went here for Valentines Day & the food was good, but nothing super memorable. Restaurant had a good vibe, but the service probably wasn't as good as it would've been on a normal night bc they were busy. I would give this place slightly more than 3 stars (3.6) if it gave me the option.

Had dinner in a booth on April 3. The French Manhattan was a huge hit. The wine pours are very generous. The early bird Tripletail special was incredible. The salmon entree was so tasty and cooked just right, enough for two meals. The service by Grace was fantastic. We love this fancy restaurant and it is one of our favorites.

We have visited Miguel's multiple times over the years visiting Siesta Key & have always enjoyed our experience. They have great parking and we can usually get a reservation last minute the day of. Cocktails are always good. We love the table-side Caesar salad service as well. The dressing is made in front of you from scratch & is delicious. If salad isn't for you, you have to get the French onion soup. It is absolutely amazing. From there my favorite entree is Le Boeuf Diane. Beef & puff pastry = a beautiful masterpiece! The prices are great for the flavor packed entrees. Our favorite dessert option is the dessert sampler where you can pick 3 desserts to try. They also have amazing table-side flambé dessert options.

This is a beautiful French restaurant, near crescent Beach in Sarasota Florida. I highly recommend the four course meal starting at 4:00 p.m. going to 6:00 p.m. 7 days a week. I do suggest calling 941-349-4024 to schedule a reservation through the hostess.

I would recommend this place sooooo much! it was delicious. i'll definitely be back!

Steak bites, the meat is so tender and delicious!

The moment you enter, you are embraced by a cascade of twinkling fairy lights that shimmer like stardust against a twilight sky. Fresh flowers bloom in every corner, their sweet fragrance mingling with the comforting aroma of steeping tea and freshly baked cakes. The menu is a delightful symphony of flavors, with each dish crafted as if by fairy hands. The tea sandwiches are dainty yet satisfying, their ingredients so fresh they seem to have been gathered from a mystical garden just moments before. The salads are vibrant and bursting with life, each leaf and garnish adding to the overall tapestry of flavors. And, of course, the cakes! The cakes are tiny works of art, each bite a burst of sweetness that leaves you floating on clouds of pure bliss. Even the soups, served in charming little teacups, are more than just a meal--they are comfort and warmth, a gentle embrace on a slow afternoon. Kathryn is the heart and soul of this fairy-tale haven, a living embodiment of the kindness and beauty that fills every corner of her restaurant. Her presence is like a gentle breeze, warm and soothing, making everyone who walks through the door feel instantly at home. Her generosity is evident not just in the thoughtful touches that make each visit special--like the fresh flowers that greet you at every table or the extra care taken to ensure each dish is perfect--but in the way she treats each guest like an old friend. There's a sweetness in her smile that makes you feel as though you've known her for years, and a gentle warmth in her words that wraps around you like a comforting blanket. She moves with a quiet grace, always attentive, yet never intrusive. It's clear that this restaurant is more than just a business to her--it's a labor of love, a place where she pours her heart into every detail. In a world that often feels rushed and impersonal, the owner's presence is a reminder of the beauty of kindness and the power of a generous spirit. She has created not just a restaurant, but a sanctuary--a place where time slows down, and you can savor not just the food, but the warmth of human connection. To dine here is to be touched by her sweetness, and to leave with your heart a little fuller, your day a little brighter. She was so warm with the kids and let us sample just about every flavor, which made the whole experience feel really personal. The ice cream itself is fantastic--creative flavors, but also genuinely delicious. You can taste the homemade quality in every bite. I had coconut and dark chocolate, the kids had vanilla, dark chocolate, and watermelon mint, and my husband also really enjoyed his choices (though I can't remember exactly what he picked). You can definitely order at the counter in French if you want to and I've had a waiter there flip between English, French, Spanish, and another language (maybe Romanian?) in one order. The sandwiches I've had were all lovely, and had a little side salad that could benefit from a better dressing (they serve an okay vinaigrette though).
