After giving them more than a month to find them, I asked if they could give me the money for the value of the pants (which I thought was a valid idea) and the best they could offer was store credit. Funny how all I wanted was either my pants back or for them to be replaced, but instead I was only offered store credit for a dry cleaner that I won't be using and I suggested you don't either.

The street parking was easy and there's a dog park nearby. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I wish they have a price chart for all items but the cashier said they don't and it's based on their experience, which makes no sense. The customers should have the right to know what their items will cost ahead of time. The throw blanket was $45 and the cropped trench jacket was $24.50. Dropped off Wednesday morning and pick up is the following Tuesday afternoon. Pay cash to avoid 3.5% credit card fee. I like how the cashier was honest and told me I can throw my throw blanket in the washing machine due to its material, which I agree 100% but I wanted the furs to be fluffy so opted for dry cleaning.

The establishment is clean and conveniently located near a bunch of metered parking spots and the Target shopping complex. I have found the dry cleaning reasonably priced and the turnaround time of 4-5 days totally within my expectations, and I've been very happy with the tailoring work they've done (seams are straight, cuts are even, everything turns out symmetrically, etc), though I'd probably still go to my full-service tailor in Manhattan for anything more complicated than a hem just because there's nowhere to try things on and the tailor isn't onsite. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I rarely have to wait very long to get my business taken care of. Bring cash!

Seeing the good reviews (thanks for them), I started delivery service for my disabled elderly mom…read moreso my sister and I could stop doing her laundry for her since we live very far and many of her neighbors refused to wear masks even at the height of the first wave of the pandemic when there are areas where distancing in her busy laundry room couldn't be achieved. After the high cost of her machines and cost of detergent and OXYclean, the delivery service isn't that much more expensive we have found, and it's so much more convenient and less stressful on our part. New Busy Season does an amazing job on the laundry itself. Her clothes are spotless and perfectly folded and they never seem overdried. And they make pick-up and drop-off a breeze for our mom. We love that they will call to make sure she's home before delivering so she can wait by the intercom since she's hard of hearing and might not hear the buzz otherwise. I don't know if that's standard procedure on their part to call, but the fact that they do in this case is wonderful. She calls them when she is ready for a new pick-up and they tell her what time they will be there, and I think she says it's always promptly.
