Well my mom saw your shop and went to check it out. You guys were great to her and she remember everything she learned about your shop and your story. She was really impressed at how you turned your life's around. She came over so excited to tell my boys about this great shake shop she found. You invited my mom to bring the boys to a skate event at the shop. Well I can't remember why but I do know that weeman was there and it was like a party. The boys had weeman sign their skateboards and stuff. We had a lot of fun. I found this old pic of weeman with my boys. My boys are 31 and 27 now. I think this is in 2004 and 4 short years later my mom passed. My mom had been to your shop many times getting boards and anything they needed and you all were very helpful she just loved you guys and Two Felons. Would not recommend this shop for electrical or any other work where a tech is need there tech does…read morenot have the experience to work on Dualtrons although they tell the customer we've worked on dualtrons before I took my Dualtron Thunder in because the display turned off sudddenly this was in early December of last year they took the scooter in & returned it in early January of this year & said the repair had been done & to my surprise the experts on dualtrons & electric bikes & scooter líed I was charged for a repair that was not a fix to my intial issue of the eye display I was charged for parts & labor & within a couple of days of them returning my dualtron Thunder after assuring the issue was resolved within a couple of days the same issue for a second time after being told the problem was solved & after there lead tech had done a diagnosis & replacement of the eye controller & I paid them for everything & I asked them if they would provide a warranty of the work that had been done they said yes if you have an issue with the eye controller of the dualtron bring it in & we'll take care of it so I called the shop was told to bring it in I brought it in within a few days after they had returned it to me in early January & was told they would fix the issue but they did not fix the issue anytime soon I would call them to follow up to see what was going on with my dualtron months went by & when I stopped by at the shop to pickup my dualtron in late september before pickup it up I had the chance to speak with the lead tech to get an update on how everything was going he told me the process was taking a long time because according to them they had to communicate with the engineers of Dualtron in China which is absolutely false Dualtron has representatives here in the US with which you Can get in touch with to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding repairs also you Can order original dualtron parts on there website & have them available in a couple of days they proceeded to install a new controller that according to them was original because they told me they only use original parts from dualtron which is absolutely false the cheap controller they installed is an after market part I came to pickup my scooter at there second location & I was angry & frustrated with them absolutely no honesty or integrity from them I was intially qouted 450 for labor & parts when I went to pickup the dualtron the qoute was adjusted to 330 only for parts but I was returned a nonfunctional dualtron if I could give this place zero stars I would if you want quality work done in a timely manner don't come to this place líe after lié & your scooter or bike will just be sitting in there shop but won't be worked on & fixed to be completely functional think twice before you bring them something to fix here this is not the only one star review they have recently received there are more people who also had a bad experience with this place look at those one star reviews they have

There was a hole in one of my shoes, and it got pretty bad that I needed to get a new pair. I get…read moreemails from Big 5 daily, but never really see anything of interest. That is, until the 4th of July when they emailed coupons for $5 off a purchase of $10+. Since shoes are obviously more than $10, I knew I had to go during the holiday to take advantage of that deal, which was good for that day only. I actually stopped by the traffic circle location in Long Beach first, but they didn't have the shoes that I wanted. Rather than choosing a different pair, I went to this location on the southwest corner of 183rd and Gridley. Though not technically a part of Los Cerritos Center, it's close enough that if you park your car on the east side of the mall, you can simply walk to Big 5, which doesn't have many parking spots directly in front. The store is pretty spacious and should cater to just about any athlete for any sport. Since it was summer, most of the sporting goods were swimming related, but I was here for the shoes, which were all the way in the back of the store. Not only did they have the shoe that I was looking for, but they had it in my size too! There was just one box left, and it was all mine! Well, except the lid was badly deformed. One of the employees walked to the back to offer assistance, and then I asked him if I could get a new shoebox for the shoes that I wanted. He mentioned that for the brand, they don't have that many shoeboxes, and they usually get deformed anyways. However, he did give me permission to switch the lids with another box, and so that's what I did. He also directed me to where the seats were so I could try on the shoes before purchasing. The shoes did fit, but I noticed inside each shoe, there was just a cardboard insert used to retain the shape of the shoe before purchase. There wasn't any crumpled paper inside that I've seen inside other shoes, but oh well. Not a dealbreaker for me. The employee did come by again to ask if the shoes fit, to which I answered affirmatively. Though he was kind of hard to understand, I do appreciate how he was there to offer help when needed. Checkout was a breeze. The cashier scanned the shoebox and then my coupon before completing my transaction and wishing me a good 4th of July. Good visit overall. If they didn't have my shoe size, who knows if they would have had one in the back? The two employees I mentioned in this review were the only two I saw working that afternoon, and if that's the norm here, I can't imagine how they would be able to handle a full house. Even though the Lakewood location is closer to me, I would definitely be willing to make the farther drive next time I need a new pair of shoes.
