There were a lot of options for decks to pick from and we ended up choosing two instead of the one we went in to buy. Ethan went above and beyond making this day special for our boy. It's his first custom board and my husband and I didn't really know what we are doing so we wanted to find a trustworthy local shop where someone more knowledgeable about boards could make recommendations for our son. Ethan absolutely knew his stuff. He helped our birthday boy get the best board for him, and we were able to reuse our wheels and bearings and save some money. He really worked hard at the old board we brought in as well. We appreciate his time and effort. Ethan even let our son be a part of the process, showing him how to smooth the edges of the grip tape and change out the trucks and wheels. Our son tried his new board as soon as we got home and it rode smoothly. It was a great experience.

Took my gravel bike in for a tune up and Hugo did a great job making sure my concerns we addressed (switching from big chainring to little chain ring) and cleaned everything up nicely on the bike making it looks better than new and run smoother too. All while only taking a couple days to do it. I also mentioned to Hugo that I had my race bike built by another shop but felt like everything was done poorly, incorrectly, and had to wait a long time for it to be done. Hugo told me to take it in for him to have a look about what I was concerned about. After taking it in for Hugo to look at and speaking about the issues I decided to have him rebuild the entire bike. Hugo went to work immediately and began the tear down showing me what was done wrong and how the right way of doing it was. It only took him a day to get my bike back up to tip top condition. Rode it the same day and everything felt superb. Had minor adjustments to be made but Hugo fixed them the day after I brought it back and explained that if I had any issues big or small that he would take care of it any time. I also ended up buying a new set of wheels that Hugo put on for me. He not only put them on for me but assured me the wheels would work on my drivetrain and provided his input on how it would be on the bike. I really appreciate everything Hugo and Angelica! You got my bikes running better than new and in no time. It's been a headache with the other shop I went to but Hugo's work and expertise saved the day. 3H has a lifelong customer. Miguel Skates is awsome in more than one way ...So let me tell you first about me; As a consumer I…read moream a skeptic, not everything works, and not every service is adequate so I have always been one to do my research before I spend my $$$... over the past couple of yrs I have been looking for a great skate program or coach that is awsome and affordable. I have tried 7 different programs in search of someone or something to help us achieve our skate goals . last summer I finally found Miguel Skates.... I first saw the program while with my son at the skate park in Cerritos, there were kids of different ages and they were actually good; and having fun. so I sat and watched. At the end of the class I asked the man if he was a coach , he replied with yes, we spoke for a bit , than I went home and signed up online. So when it come to skate board lessons/programs, miguel skates surpasses them all, Miguel is a progressive hands on, attentive to your weaknesses and helps you find your skate your confidence and helps you be one a better skater... I learned that I was a technically skater :) weither you are a kid or adult this coach is awsome, my 10 yr. old son and I take lessons together, the program is fun and challenging no matter what your age or experience level... He is a really nice teacher and great at instruction, he makes you comfortable no matter how nervous or scared you are... Another reason Miguel Skates is awsome is because of there reasonably low prices. they are always willing to work within your budget and there are always great deals...For example, if you are already a student and refer someone to miguel skates, and if they sign up for classes you get 1 free skate lesson.... the deals are always changing which is cool too....
