The flavors of the cake I chose were 4 layers of red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting between the layers. Covering the cake was a vanilla butter cream frosting with fondant as the top layer. Let me tell you, this had to be one of the best red velvet cakes I've had so far! The cake was also moist and the cream cheese frosting was not too sweet either. Over the duration of our stay, all 10 of us managed to finish this cake, which was good to feed roughly 16-18 people.
