There was a terrible dust/dirt/rain storm yesterday and my suv was very dirty. The GM was very helpful and he was just as confused about these grainy bits on my white SUV as I was. He told me trees can "mist" and maybe it was from the trees on my property. I called my tree guy and he said that's actually a thing and that tree sap and particles can freeze and can also blow in from elsewhere too. So bottom line, while this location doesn't offer all that they could (towels, and a mechanism to wash car mats would help them differentiate themselves from all the other car washes), I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and concerned about the situation. Attitude can make all the difference and these guys have a great attitude. It's not a fancy car wash but the people are pleasant and that sure beats the alternative. I got the mid range car wash and it seemed priced a bit high. But they have a free vacuum which is nice.

Stepped inside office to let employee know and she said that tire shine is broke and they should have it fixed in a few days. I asked "what does that do for me now, shouldn't the attendant have mentioned that when I asked". She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. Now after hour I was running out of time. I threw my hands in the air and called it quits. I used to use them all the time. I don't know what is going on with the maintenance at their locations. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

My daughter took her car through the car wash, and during the drying process, an employee wearing jewelry cracked her window. She immediately reported the incident to the supervisor on duty. Unfortunately, the supervisor was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She instructed the employee to remove his bracelets--which raised concerns--(Why have him take them off if they were "rubber") We were asked to complete an incident report and were told they would "see if" the damage would be covered. The supervisor refused to provide her name or the manager's name. The initial claim was denied, though the issue was forwarded to corporate, who then contacted their insurance company. After a full month, the claim was denied again, stating that no excessive force was used and that the employee was wearing rubber bracelets. We strongly disagree with this conclusion, as the window was not damaged prior to entering the car wash. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism in handling this situation is unacceptable. As a result, our family, friends, and everyone I personally recommend businesses to will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble.
