He offered a weak explanation and refused to take responsibility, calling it "normal wear and tear"--which would supposedly apply to every car that uses their wash. Due to their lack of accountability, I am now in the process of taking this matter to small claims court.

There was a terrible dust/dirt/rain storm yesterday and my suv was very dirty. The GM was very helpful and he was just as confused about these grainy bits on my white SUV as I was. He told me trees can "mist" and maybe it was from the trees on my property. I called my tree guy and he said that's actually a thing and that tree sap and particles can freeze and can also blow in from elsewhere too. So bottom line, while this location doesn't offer all that they could (towels, and a mechanism to wash car mats would help them differentiate themselves from all the other car washes), I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and concerned about the situation. Attitude can make all the difference and these guys have a great attitude. It's not a fancy car wash but the people are pleasant and that sure beats the alternative. I got the mid range car wash and it seemed priced a bit high. But they have a free vacuum which is nice.

She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. This is my family's go-to for car wash and oil changes and they've never done us wrong, although…read morethey never get everything quite perfect either. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

Didn't want to tell them that one of my cards was not working well. The cheapest wash here is $8 and I believe I saw the monthly membership was $25 which it's always worth it since it's less than a dollar a day to watch the vehicle. The added on bonus here is as your vehicle is leaving the bay, there are two workers to dry down your vehicle with a towel besides of your vehicle. Not every wash does that by the way.

It seemed like it was doing a great job since there was a lot of soap, the water pressure was great & the rinse cycle seemed to be long enough to get all of the soap off. I drove out of the bay and got out to check the results and I couldn't even tell my truck was washed. My truck was not overly dirty, Mainly just had dirty splash marks from driving thru puddles of dirty water. All the splash marks were still on my truck & it left water spots all on my windshield & mirrors even though it states they have spot free rinse. I paid $12 for this, but was very disappointed so I would not recommend using this service.
