Before ordering, I needed more detailed photos of the wiring harness to determine whether I could make it work with my mower. I figured it might be a long shot, but I called and spoke with Anna. She immediately said, "Of course," took my email address, and within about 15 minutes I had several clear, detailed photos in my inbox. This may sound like a simple thing, but this level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Anna was helpful, responsive, and went out of her way to get me exactly the information I needed.
