I was playing from the guys tees which put me at a huge disadvantage. You can bring in your own beers and snacks if you choose. They do have water but no other refreshments. We had a great time. I've been training with Amy twice a week for the past year, both in person and virtually. When I…read morestarted, I was pre-diabetic, and suffering from plantar fasciitis and osteoarthritis in my knees that made it painful for me to participate in the sports and activities I love. Since then, I've dropped over 50 pounds, lost eight inches around the waist, and gotten back to hiking and pickle ball and golfing without pain. When I went for my annual physical a few months ago, it was the first time in fifteen years that the results came back clean - every result was in the normal range. Cholesterol and blood sugars were way down. I hired Amy as my trainer because she would come to my home, and train with me in the garage on the equipment I own. Dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, box jump, wall sits, etc. Every workout is different. She is patient, quick to offer modifications when something's not right, and keeps a close eye on form to ensure I perform the moves correctly. She knows how to push, too. I never knew there were so many variations of plank exercises, squats and lunges. She's often recognized before I have that I am capable of doing far more than I realize, and it's worked. She's turned me into a lover of Bulgarian split squats! I'm healthier, stronger and more fit than I've been in decades, and I credit Amy. She's even helped with diet and nutrition, and turned me onto healthier foods, and when and how to use protein shakes maximum effect. The interior was much more spacious than others I've been in, with the golf bays being nice and open. I really appreciated that as some have made me feel closed in. The screen was large and the buttons on the floor were kind of nice rather than having to use the screen to adjust. The mulligan button was hard to use if you weren't fast enough, but we didn't need it often. We didn't grab food or drinks this time but it smelled amazing, and I will definitely be back in the future!
