After paying over $1,500 I owed them on signed contract, they took my to small claims court for almost $6k. (I won hands down). They falsely inflated the number of OSB boards installed, didn't count for themselves, did terrible work on gutters that caused severe flooding in my garage, ruining a sumptuous pump and deep freeze, not to mention ruin dry wall damage. And for icing on the cake, my two repeatedly called my family, not in existing contract, and told lies that made them think I was a scammer. I reported them as fraudulent renovators to State Farm, my insurance. And again, the claim in court was pretty much laughed about by judge when she saw the 5 different invoices I received for "extras," all different amounts, but all with same invoice number and date. read more
