My 2014 Ford F-150 was having issues starting each morning no matter the outside temperature. My…read morecheck engine light had been off and on for the past three months. I replaced the battery, check the alternator and starter and they were both fine. Once started it would run fine for the day. I was recommended by a local shop in Midwest City to take my truck to Mike's Auto & Diagnostic in Del City that they had the machines and tools to diagnose my issue. I emailed Mike from his shops Facebook page and he quickly replied back and instructed me to bring it in the next morning. He has a very nice service manager that checked my truck in for service. The owner, Mike, met me and told me some of the possibilities that would cause my truck to be running so rough. He and his crew worked on my truck through the day and wanted to keep it overnight to make sure they had properly diagnosed the issue. I was able to pick up my truck the very next day. He ran a diagnostic of my Ford Software and determined that it has malfunctioned and a total software restore had to be done. I was very relieved that they determined the issue and solved the problem. My truck is now running smooth and the check engine light is off. I highly recommend the Team at Mike's Auto and Diagnostic. I believe they can fix about anything on a vehicle. I will be taking my other vehicles to them in the future. Thanks again. Jeff Midwest City, Oklahoma

Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it. He and Jennifer make a great team, caring about their work as well as their customers. I can't recommend JJ's Auto Repair in OKC highly enough. We had a tire with a slow leak that we discovered while we were in Walnut Creek. I opened up Yelp…read moreand found this place with great reviews and a location close to the freeway in the direction we were headed. It was Saturday evening when we pulled into the gas station where this auto repair shop is located. Alex is the mechanic we met, and he was super nice. Told us how much it would cost to check the tire, then patch it if needed. So he checked, found a nail, did a patch, and we were done within 20 minutes or so. I mentioned Yelp and he perked up and gave us a 10% discount. Really super nice guy, and I highly recommend for your auto needs!

Suddenly,…read morewithout warning, all passengers in our Prius were struck with horror and panic, as the worst possible thing could happen to any normal driver: THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Now, being men, we had to keep it together to calm the women and children and act like everything was alright ("no, I'm sure it's fine, it's probably a standard light that comes on at exactly 174,396 miles, the dealerships do it on purpose"). Mortally afraid and running on pure adrenaline, I did the unthinkable. I simply opened my yelp app and found A1 repair by filtering hours open and proximity to our location. Even now as I recall the event, I am shocked at how rational I was behaving under such extenuating circumstances. But I digress. The time was was 7:55 pm on a Friday night. We were 13 minutes away. Yelp indicated A1 closed at 8 PM. We weren't gonna make it. We were going to be stranded on a desert highway with nothing but sasquatch and axe murdered to keep us company at night. While us men were busy occupying ourselves with how we were going to fight off mythical creatures at night, suddenly, our female in the car did the impossible: she called Jasen, the friendly service technician, to see if he wouldn't mind staying open for another ten minutes, due to our obviously dire needs. Generously and professionally, he agreed and promptly help us to diagnose our check engine light, which turned out to be only a minor thing and nothing that couldn't wait til the next service appointment at the dealership. Well done, Jasen, you have saved us all! Highly recommend.
