    Horrendous wiring.

Stay away from this shop at all costs. I hired them to install speakers and amps on my boat. Paid $1,500. When I got my boat back, 4 of the speakers did not work at all. I texted the owner for months asking him to send someone to fix his work, and he refused to ever send anyone. I just paid another company $1,200 to fix what I paid this company to do, and it was a total mess. The wires were held together with electrical tape, no connectors were used anywhere. They didn't even put a breaker on the amps, so both amps are completely fried and need to be replaced. Absolutely awful job with the installation and even worse customer service. I would give them negative stars if I could.

    Amp/Sub still running great! Thanks!

I've been to this location twice now and I will not go anywhere else for my car if MEAD is able to work on it. I've had my subs/amp/tweeters/battery terminals installed here and everything is working phenomenally. The owner personally assured me if I have any issues with my setup they'd be more then happy to take a look at/tweak my setup to make sure everything sounds flawless. And believe me, it does! Prices are more than fair and they have an awesome waiting area with water/gatorades, pool table, music, etc etc. while you wait for the technicians to finish. I will be recommending everyone I know who has interest in car audio/video as well as detailing, got to see a couple of the cars/trucks they did while I was there and they do a killer detail. Owner and staff are all very personable and I can't say it enough!

Ok so let me first start by saying how rude Tim downs is. He is the owner of this backyard low grade business. So for starters I inquired to him about installing subs I have purchased from market place. The subs worked fine and were in good condition. He tells me before I can make appointment I have to pay him. I'm thinking ok that's a little different usually you pay for services after they are done. So I go there and make an appointment and after I pay he then tells me his "installer" isn't answering him and he will let me know when I can come in. A day goes by after constantly asking him if he's heard anything, he tells me to bring it in. On a Saturday a hour before they close. So I end up bringing it Saturday morning before I go to work and drop it off. So the "installer" starts working on it around 6 pm supposedly. He told me his "installer" would be there late and he would leave my keys outside. I don't him do not leave my keys outside it is a brand new car. I get off work at 7 and he left my keys outside in a mailbox anyway where anybody could have came and took it. So I get there and having 3 12 inch subs lit sounds pretty good considering I was used to factory speakers. A week goes by and I'm thinking damn it should be louder then this. I open up the trunk and two of my speakers are not working. I took it somewhere else they lifted it up and seen not only were the amp settings set all the way high which they shouldn't have been but there was no in line fuse. Called multiple installers and they said it was standard to put one in. I told him that and he said it was their "opinion". His gross negligence setting my amps up all the way high along with no fuse most likely caused my speakers to blow. I then started a dispute on PayPal because I was not happy with the services they offered. And then came the threats and intimidation. This is how he treats customers. Calls them names and be little them. Outside of his dump business he is a pastor of a church. What a shame people actually follow him.

i installed the stereo myself under 15 min watching a quick youtube video.

Everyone we came in…read morecontact with was friendly, polite & professional whether they were a part of our sales team or not. Needless to say we appreciate our team which consisted of Jeri Winston, Darrell Smith, Booker T. Johnson & Claude Bradley for all of their help during the whole process. We called ahead to see if our Murano was still available & sent them our info on the way. They had everything in order & made it one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we've ever had. We enjoyed meeting these folks & would highly recommend you check with Darrell Smith in Sales when you get ready to buy your next vehicle. Thank you all, Wayne & Rita

Had a new engine put in many months ago. I have had to bring my car back 4 times due to sensors…read moregoing crazy and the car trying to lose power and stall. They have terrible communication (none really). My experience spans over MONTHS. They have had my car off and on forever now. I have had it for a total of 4 days in that time period (first drop off end of summer. 2nd time October 28, it is now Dec1). Since the first trip this has been my experience. And I have only had the car two and a half years. 1st time - kept it 14 days, said they could not get it to act up, had me pick it up. 2nd time said they could not find an issue and wanted me to pick it up, after 21 days and me TRYING to contact anyone, I FINALLY got to speak with the GM. I let him know they eventually were to replace my transmission under warranty. They gave me a completion date, no phone call. My husband had to drive there and look someone in the eye to get an answer. All the parts did not come in and we were NEVER told. We expected to pick our car up on Wednesday, this was Thursday. They asked my husband to bring in his key fob. He had to ask why, they guy said to reprogram it. My husband again asked why, that is when they told him they lost my key fob! We were finally contacted on the following Thursday it was ready. THIS IS AFTER 22 DAYS. Drove it 4 days and it did the exact thing I had originally brought it in for. Brought it back the following Monday. The GM drove it himself a total of 100 miles. It acted out for him and a mechanic who was with him. They determined it was a sensor issue that needed to be "adjusted'. I got the car back on the following Saturday for it to act up by that afternoon!!! We just dropped it off this morning at 6:30 for the FOURTH time. This is getting old; I need my car. We have owned 5 Nissans and never had this kind of issue. I am now really not even wanting it anymore because I am concerned it will NEVER be repaired correctly. We paid it off early. I am sooooooo upset. I am so done! I cannot afford another car. This was supposed to be my retirement car.

Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you! This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. Listed below are the salesmen that I spoke with: *Salesman: Jerry Hughes *Manager: Tim McCray UPDATE: As an update, we purchased the exact same car from SOUTHAVEN HONDA and had a much better experience. We were in and out in just over an hour. The team was professional, fair and more than willing to negotiate. The car was listed at $36K and we purchased it for 33K. Take your business to Southaven Honda and ask for Clayton. You will get a GREAT deal!
