My opinion about the service in the mechanics area is terrible, I made my appointment on Thursday at 8:00 AM I was received by Mr. Tom de Dios, a very informal and unprofessional representative, I delivered my car and on Thursday afternoon it was that They called me to tell me the value of the pieces, and I was able to pick up my car on Saturday at 12:00 PM, three days to put two pieces, tremendous delay and an impressive cost of $ 160.00 for the pieces and the cost of labor $ 400.00 with very bad attention to me, I called and they do not answer the phone, in short I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I evaluate the service of very poor quality. Concessionaire 8155 W Flagler Street Miami Fl, 33144 read more

Honestly the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd been looking for weeks for a specific car. Car guru listed this dealership as having a "great" price on it. whereas all the other places I looked were ranked as "overpriced" or "high" price. I was nervous because it was out-of-state. But I called. Melissa Sosa, who took the initial call, patiently answered my many questions about the car. She even went to the effort of sending me a picture of a specific thing I asked about. Even after she passed me on to a salesman, she continued to follow up to make sure I was being taken care of, and made a special point of coming out to find me on the sales floor to say "hi", even though she was officially "finished"with me. Made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another phone call. Jeramel Cortez was fabulous! When he found out I was hoping to come into town the next morning to look at the car, he worked with me until almost eleven o'clock p.m. to make sure all my questions were answered and everything would be prepared. He even offered to come pick me up at the airport in the wee early hours of the morning, before the dealership even opened!!! He was offered to drive me to the bank to save me the expense of getting a taxi. I'm not tech savvy, so he patiently showed me how to use all the new features on the car. He even synced my phone to the car and ore-programmed my address into the GPS. I have had some terrible experiences with car dealerships over the years. So I was blown away by how lovely everyone here treated me. And I have NEVER had people at ANY kind of business go so far above and beyond to help their customers. The car runs like a dream!! I am SO SO SO happy with it. Thank you to everyone at Midway Ford for making this such a great experience. read more

Best car buying experience I've ever had, everyone from the salesman to the financial agent to the GM, were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience here with Ryan Alvarez (salesman) and Renier (finance). No nonsense these guys were straight up and honest, no games. We got a very fair price on a 2021 Mustang GT certified pre owned with low mileage. Also got a great interest rate 5.49% despite the current 2023 interest rates. Highly recommend this dealer for their way of doing business. read more

Unprofessional, incompetent, unhelpful, untrustworthy. Terrible experience. My experience with the sales rep, manager and everyone else was inferior to other dealerships. read more

I had my car towed in, I needed a battery and it needed to be reprogrammed. After that was complete they said the car had transmission problems and it would cost over $6000.00 to fix. For that I could buy a new car. My problem was not with that, my problem started when I asked the service writer if I could return the battery, he said no, it's been used. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were all busy and I would have to come in to the dealership if I wanted to speak to anyone. How is that customer service! When I went in the next day I spoke to the customer service manager who was very nice and she appeared to care about what I was saying. When one of the assistant managers came in and I began explaining my disappointment with Midway Ford, he interrupted me and said that the he was the one that was refusing to return the battery because it had been in the car for an extended period of time. The car never left the lot and it was waiting on them to diagnose the problem. I paid for the work that was done and explained that I didn't want anything from them, I just wanted to be heard! The manager never apologized or said anything of comfort at all. I need to replace that car and it won't be a Ford. read more

Not sure how this place got such high review on Google... Must be the free sandwich sliders they are offering in the dealership office... But service couldn't be any worse. We came in two years ago, ready to buy/lease a new Mustang... One of the sales guys approached us and we said we want to test drive the new Mustang. He doesn't seem knowledgeable at all in the car specs, nor did he know the inventory well. He escorted us to one of the mustangs V6 on the lot, and we got in the car, he asked one of us to sit on the back seat of the coupe during the test drive, which is super uncomfortable (usually, the sales rep sits on the back). And we didn't even drive past one block before turning back... We asked to drive a few more different models of the eco boost and v8 so we can decide which model to get. He refused to let us test drive anything else. We immediately left pondering why he doesn't even seem interested in making a sale... We googled around other Ford dealers in Miami area and found Metro Ford. We left Midway Ford and went directly to Metro Ford... and the rest is history... When shopping for cars, visit at least 3 dealerships and compare the service and price of each (they usually match their competitor's price.) Stay away from Midway Ford if you want to be treated like a paying customer. read more

I made an appointment a week in advance to get the 7 am time slot. I did this purposely so that I can get in and out for work. I needed an oil change and a diagnostic on my driver side door. When arrived I was told the diagnostic would cost $159.99. I mentioned that my check engine light was also on. They said they would include it. Around 8:45 am my car comes out of the garage. I wait a couple minutes for my rep and then approach him when I see him. The car is ready the check engine light is a problem with the computer. I asked " and the door?" Oh sorry they didn't check it. He went right back into the garage to have them bring the car back in. At 10:45AM my car is still sitting outside. I asked for my keys and left. I was still charged the 159.99 for the diagnostic btw. I didn't even care about that check engine light when I went in. My door is still malfunctioning. So much for the first appointment of the day. read more

They said they had the car we wanted, they called me to confirm our appointment to see the car at 5:30. After fighting the rush our traffic from Hialeah, we get to the dealer only to be told the Manager took the car and we won't be able to see it until January or February. Words can't explain how disgusted I am with the customer service in this place and also how disappointing it is to go to places with unprofessional managers. Isn't a manager supposed to help solve a problem at a place? Because in this case John or Johnny (whatever they call him) made the whole experience even WORSE! Making this short, DO NOT trust prices on the web please. Just be aware that once you go to this places they will change everything. By that I mean that they raise up the prices and then charge you like 3 or 4 non legal extra fees. Walked in today with my family hoping to get the car we saw on the web and first of all, the web said $13k and when we got there they said the car costs $17k plus additional fees. After going back and forth with the sales rep. We started dealing with the worst manager we've dealt with and honored the price but since we didn't want to finance and we wanted to pay cash, he told us that there was a fee of $1,500 but 4 additional fees for delivery and handling which the car is used and we know that fee can be waived. John started being all rude saying that once we walked out the door he would put up the price for us and just talking nonsense and treating us like a piece of garbage! And guess what? He did change the price. Which is completely fine but at least try to be polite to customers. My main concern is not the price, my main concern is the way we were treated and things like this should change. I regret not seeing reviews before and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We are not there to spend $10... read more

I showed up to buy a car here that I was assured was available only to find out that the service department had inconveniently loaned out the car to a service customer. There's a massive inventory shortage, walking outside to touch the car and confirm availability takes 2 minutes when you have no cars to sell. So the BDC lied to get me to the dealership. I was told I could still work up a deal and buy the car. So we did and we agreed upon all the numbers and then they had me fill out a credit app and collect all my information. Then, the sales person was sent back later to apologize because his sales manager found out that the car was entered into a "demo" status and could not be sold until it hit a certain number of miles. That was the second lie. He can remove a car from demo status and if the car was a demo, then why is listed on the website for sale. If you're going to give customers this type of experience when commanding MSRP + addendum pricing, I can only imagine how bad it will be once they are drowning in inventory again. read more

This place is a rip off. My radio display stopped working but the radio still worked. They charged $139 "diagnostic" to tell me what I already knew but to then tell me the m part they needed was over a $1000. I can replace my entire random and display for 1/2 that. Still had to pay the 139 for them to plug in a computer. Please don't waste your time here read more

This place is garbage. Whenever I bring my ford here for service, I have a bad experience. This time, my windows in the back werent working because the switch wasnt working, after the $150 diagnostic told me, they just needed to replace it. So it was around 400 bucks to fix that switch... Being THE FORD service center that is supposed to be good, I ask them if they could help me with some hubcaps, new batteries to my key, and a carwash if possible. Mini things which arent important at all if they tell me no, no problem, but they told me that yes they would do that (well at the end they told me they couldnt get the batteries so that was alright), and then I didnt get them... in fact for some reason in the back a bunch of the plastic threading on my car was off my car for some reason, with the trunk open... really weird. But also the fact they told me I'd be able to pick my car on Friday, but I wasn't able to pick it up until end of day Tuesday. But what really busted my balls, is that after I picked it up, the windows that they fixed in the back now aren't closing all the way up, my window is literally open at the top, when it rains my car will get wet now, and they have the (*#($@*(#&$ audacity to tell me its a different problem and not their fault. That's what pisses me off. I don't know why I keep on trying this place, AVOID read more

I agree with all the other one-star reviews. I brought my car here when I had a mechanical problem - my key was locked in the ignition making it impossible to remove it & park my car. I pulled up to the service section & there was an employee named Abel looking at a gun -- Kinda sketchy right off the bat. Abel said they had no mechanics because it was Sunday. Okay, but how can I go home if I can't get my key out? They were no help at all. They didn't help me find another mechanic in the area. They didn't do anything. One employee said that if my car was still under warranty they could call someone in, but it's not so they couldn't help me. I pleaded that I would pay them if they could find me a Ford mechanic, but nope - nada. The service here was so frustrating. I've owned Fords since 2000 when I got my license. Based on my experience here, I'm going to look for a Honda as my next car. read more

If I could give them less than one star I would. My family has bought multiple vehicles here so I went with the intention of possibly burying a vehicle within a week if the deal worked out. Everything went awesome until I asked for the Carfax report. First they gave us the wrong vehicle Carfax and tried to pan it off on us. It was for a newer vehicle (more expensive). Caught the 'mistake' and made them give me the right one. Then some guy named Victor stepped in and everything went to sht. I asked 3 times, clearly, how much is said vehicle that I want? He kept coming back with how much do you want to pay monthly. Eventually he said a few things that helped me not trust him, told me he was sorry for me, he single handedly lost the sale as well as all future business from my contractor family and I will NEVER come back to this dealership for anything.... Not even service. Good job Victor! I'm sorry for you too! read more

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a single individual is willing to take accountability for their actions. Tried to order part from dealership for over 2 weeks. STAY AWAY.. at all costs, STAY FAR AWAY!!-- long but worth the read! I have never received such bad service at any of the other Ford dealerships that I have patronized. I scheduled an online appointment and took my car in for a simple oil change.. What happened after that was customer service HELL! After waiting 2 hours for an oil change, the service rep told me that I needed new brakes immediately. he suggested that I do not drive my car anymore until I get new brakes. I complained about how long the oil change took and he said "You may receive an email asking you to rate the service, please only rate me high and if you have bad comments write them below because I will lose $100-300 out of my check". I had to ask him to repeat himself because I thought I heard wrong. Oh, and the brakes, I took my car to Firestone.. they deemed them practically new. When I contacted the dealership, they asked me to bring my car back in and ONLY offered me a carwash and a free oil change. I ended up taking my car back in and surprise, surprise, the service manager said that my brakes were perfectly fine! I have since contacted corpporate and will take my car to a dealership that is farther away from now on! read more

I took my Ford for service.... what can I say.... the worst service ever. One guy only and nobody even noticed me when I got there. After waiting for a while finally I got to tell them why I went there in the first place. Just pray that any of their friends arrive while you are there because you are gonna have to wait a little longer.. just saying. My car was supposed to be ready the same day... not really... not even the second day when they told me. Computer down, short staff.. etc... full of excuses to give you one of the worst customer service I ever witnessed. I was thinking of changing my car for a new car.. and there is NO WAY I will buy it there. Oh.. almost forgot.... don't even try to go at lunch time.... I think they take the siesta like Spain..lol. If I never buy another Ford it will be because of dealerships like this. I can't speak for the sales experience; however, the service experience is atrocious. Having gone from an Audi to a Ford because of the need for a larger SUV, I can tell you that there is no comparison to the customer service offered by both brands (at least as measured by Midway Ford). Ford needs to get their act together when it comes to the customer experience. Start by closing this service shop. read more

My three stars are not indicative of a positive or negative view of Midway. Quite frankly, "A-OK" doesn't describe my feelings. I fall more towards the "Meh-I-Don-t-Care" description. Car shopping is one of those things you will hate in life. You have no choice but to do it at some point in life. Walking becomes impossible if you have to work 25 miles away. Public transportation is not always feasible either. You end up needing personal transportation. Step in car dealers. Midway Ford isn't much of dealership. Yes, you have you sales-critters. Yes, you have a large selection of vehicles. Yes, they are reputable. Unfortunately, nothing stands out; but that's no fault of Midway. Who's fault do you ask? Ford. Ford vehicles are just terrible. Some might call them "terri-bad". Midway itself feels old and empty. The (indoor) sales floors feel sparse, old, and empty. The sales people aren't really trained well to know their products. They aren't given a chance to succeed by corporate. What is the problem? A weak product. I was looking at two specific vehicles, the 2013 Ford Mustang and 2013 Ford Fusion. From the outside, both cars are stunning. The Mustang more the Fusion. When you get in, blam! That's when you start seeing the flaws. The cars feel cheap. Everything is plastic. The leather even feels cheap. The controls are not intuitive. The features feel lack-luster. I couldn't even justify taking them for a test drive. Why would I want to waste the time of a sales person if the cars just didn't sit right? With a thank-you and goodbye, I departed. There is a 1% chance I will ever return. Luring me in with a good looking vehicle then the ugly spots show even before you drive off is not a way to get a customer. Bottom Line: Don't buy American cars. Sorry Detroit! read more

I was very happy with my experience at Midway Ford. I bought a 2017 Mustang and the entire process was the least painful car buying experience I've had in my 20 years of buying cars. If you want a new Ford, go see JC at Midway Ford and I'm sure you'll be as happy and satisfied as I am! read more

I know this place For a long time, I bought a truck here a few years ago, the service is a disaster, one time they lost the car keys, and don't even apologize to me. Let's me start off by saying how good they are at selling and being super nice to you but after you buy the car they can care less. Marcos Gonzalez is the worst and most rude person in that dealership and to top it off he is a manager. Worst possible service you can find. The sole purpose I'm not ever buying a ford again is the dealer service and way of no caring for clients. Worse service dealer ever. I have a 2017 F250. I took it because it kept turning off on me. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Told me it was perfect and to come pick it up. I insisted that no, to please check it. They said no, just take it and let's see what happens. Well that same day I stayed broken on the side of the road and had to wait for 5 hours for a tow truck from the dealership that never came. Finally at 9pm I was left with no choice but to leave my truck in the side of the road. Obviously these people are not true mechanics. Every time I take the truck over they start guessing with what's wrong with the truck until they get it right. I assume that they will have to start guessing again with this issue. read more
