First and foremost my main contact was Rocio Llabres. An absolutely outstanding professional who understands that most times, if you need your car serviced, it is guaranteed to be a miserable experience. This amazing rep completely changes the game by providing the utmost attention to detail and communication that should be the standard by which all dealers are measured. Up to date real time status on confirmation, pick up, service start, changes needed, job completion, and lastly prompt delivery. Rocio and the rest of the staff including Angelica Waikay, who was my e mail contact are the only ones that you should use for any issues related to your vehicle. You won't be disappointed. read more

Bait and switch tactics. The great deal you see online doesn't exist. Don't waste your time.

These guys are a joke! Told me it would be worth my time to make a 2 hour drive. Only to be quoted a "best price" that was more than what its advertised online was listed for online! read more

Midway Ford - Car Dealers Near Me - Miami, Florida

I have seen many dealers with high additional fees added for prep, handling, dealer fees, as well as ridiculously high tag fees in which dealer keeps difference. This one charges both a dealer fee (almost a grand) and a handling fee (another 899) as well as 495 for tag processing. That's over 2200+ in extraneous fees BEFORE the cars one price. Some dealers deserve to be closed or properly mandated and this is why. Taking clear advantage of clients is unfair and deceptive. Wonder if Ford cares ?? read more

Worst customer service... My boyfriend and I went to look at a few trucks... once we got to talking about the numbers we experienced the absolute worse and disgusting customer service we walked out and left. I would not recommend them at all... I would never buy a vehicle from them after being talked to the way we did. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. The dealership started with a bait-and-switch tactic, followed by outdated and aggressive sales strategies, trying to convince me I'm in a bad position with my current car. Three hours wasted on what felt like a manipulative process. Avoid at all costs! I will contact Ford headquarters to detail my experience and hope they address. read more

The more positive meaning of Hustle is to work rapidly and energetically, to take that extra step. That could mean running a car appraisal close to closing time for a customer who looked through your vehicle online and had been going on the phone with you about said vehicle. The customer is yours truly, and I I had been looking for a new car as a promotion / early Christmas gift to me; self care if you will. Between self study. and asking friends, I was between a Mustang or Challenger. My first stop was a neighboring Dodge dealer. I went after work, and the in-person sales guy said to come back on a Saturday during the morning. That was on Wednesday. Thursday, also after work, I stopped at Midway Ford. I had dealt with Jonathan in Internet Sales during my research, and he put me in contact with Eduardo Tirado for the actual test drive and sales. We drove around the dealership in some of the side streets behind Flagler which have some pretty good turns and straightaways. The sound system was good, as is the digital screen and nav functions. Plus she (my car) runs great! At around 10pm on a weekday, Eduardo &. Brandon in Finance made the sale of my new car. I'm only taking away one star because it would be nice if gap insurance was already included :) read more

Frustrated with Midway Ford Service Dept - Especially Advisor Tom I received a flyer from Midway Ford offering special rates for brake and oil change services. It was addressed to me and included my F-250's VIN -- so they clearly knew my vehicle. I called and spoke with Tom to make the appointment and mentioned the flyer. When I arrived, Tom (who I had a bad experience with before) said the rates didn't apply to my truck and pointed to fine print. I reminded him we discussed this already and that my vehicle info was printed on the flyer. He just smirked and said nothing. No explanation, no apology. I asked for my keys and left. This was my second bad experience with Tom. Zero empathy, misleading promotions, and poor customer service. I won't be back. Management needs to address how customers are being treated. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer. It's all bells and whistles until you buy the car, take it home and have to deal with the service department. They are incompetent and say they fix an issue and do not. I took my car in first for a window that would not go after being down. They somehow got it to go up, they call me that the car is ready and then when I get there to pick it up, before driving away, I experience the EXACT same problem. Then I take it on for transmission and they have the car for two weeks and call and say they cannot duplicate the problem. I say I am not picking up the car like that because there is a problem. Mysteriously a manager drives it and finds the problem. Then I take it in for AC and they claim they cannot find the problem. I just don't get it. There is zero customer service and the entire service department is a disaster. Unhelpful and incompetent. Stay away! Save yourself the stress. read more

Worst car buying experience i have ever had. Sale department is extremely shady and do illegal things like deliver a certified pre owned (ford blue oval) vehicle to me with bald rear tires with chords showing on the inside. This is extremely dangerous and could have caused serious injuries or even fatalities. Service said that sales declined the rear tires at time of inspection... the service guys seem okay but I would never buy cars here. My paper plate is expired and they dont have the physical tag neither. For the record I worked in automotive service for 6 years and was a ASE Certified Service Manager. read more

Every Resignation Letter is a performance review for Leadership, Whether You Read It That Way or Not. Most organizations treat resignations as a staffing problem. -We need to backfill. -Let's get the exit interview on the calendar. -Let's find someone quickly to replace them. But here's the deeper, harder truth: Every resignation is unspoken feedback. A reflection. A reckoning. It says something about the systems, culture, leadership, and choices that shaped that employee's experience. Because people rarely leave just for more money, more perks, or "a new challenge." They leave when they stop believing things will get better. They leave after trying to speak up. After waiting to be recognized. After losing trust in leadership that doesn't listen, doesn't act, or doesn't care. That resignation letter? It's the most honest performance review your leadership may never read. And if leaders only start asking questions after someone leaves... They're asking them too late. Real leadership isn't just about preventing resignations, it's about creating a workplace where people actually want to stay. It's about: Listening while people are still talking, not after they've gone silent. Acting on feedback before it turns into disengagement. Recognizing top talent before they start looking elsewhere. Culture can attract. But leadership is what determines whether people stay, or quietly plan their exit. So next time someone resigns, don't just ask where they're going! Ask what we missed. Ask what we ignored. Ask what they needed that we didn't provide. read more

Another disastrous visit to this dealer. Biggest mistake I made was buying a car here. The service department is a joke. A simple fix to the FordPass has turned into a nightmare. My poor husband was so happy to finally get his beloved mustang. But unfortunately from the day we got it in November, there has been problems. So much so, that we are invoking lemon law because the dealer (and ford) can't resolve the issues. I really don't know if this is dealer problem or a Ford problem, but betting on a dealer problem. Steer clear of this dealer. It seems that no one knows what they are doing and higher ups cannot be bothered. read more

I cannot even begin to explain how much I dread going to a car dealership. From the moment you walk in you feel Ike you're being attacked by piranhas and then it's an uphill battle to agree on a reasonable price for a vehicle. I am very happy to say that my experience at Midway Ford was the complete opposite of this! Our salesman, Oscar, didn't waste any of our time. We told him where we needed to be on a monthly payment and he got us there. I appreciate people like Oscar who value their clients time and similarly aren't in the business of sticking it to people just cause they can. Oscar is someone who I will gladly refer business to time and time again. Make sure you ask for him if you find yourself looking for a Ford. Erki was our finance guy and we had a fantastic experience with him as well. Not pushy, understanding, and relatable. Midway Ford - you have two invaluable assets in Oscar and Erki and you have earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you! read more

If I could give them a negative 5-star review I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made my online appointment a week ago and specified it was a "check engine" light issue. I show up for my 730 AM Saturday appointment, as I am waiting to be seen a gentleman walked up to us (looked like the man in charge), we explained our situation and his response was " my check engine guy doesn't work on Saturdays". No " I'm sorry" no " let me see what I can do for you". just walked away while telling me to bring in the car during a weekday. 1. Midway Ford has had my appointment for "check engine light" for over a week. I had no call or email asking me to reschedule the date to align with the technician schedule. 2. The individual told me that "check engine light" tech would not come in for one car only, this is not "one car only", this is a loyal Ford customer vehicle who has owned Ford vehicles for over a quarter century. In the very near future, we are replacing my husband's Ford Escape. A car he's driven for 17-years. After this experience, we will not purchase another Ford Vehicle. We will not purchase a vehicle where Dealer support is non-existent. In addition, a similar email to this one will be sent to Ford Headquarters. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO MIDWAY FORD FOR SERVICE! read more

I love the MachE, but the customer experience at Midway Ford has been unacceptable to the point I wouldn't buy a great product like a MachE (which I love). While the staff at Midway Ford Service has been courteous, the overall service quality falls short. I've been without my car for an extended period, and it seems that there is a lack of concern within the business. I took my car for a recall. When they finished, they gave me my car to take home (like everything is perfect) with an accident in the front of the car with the bumper damaged and the front light unit broken. It was disheartening to realize that the dealership does not perform thorough inspections before returning customers' cars. I raised these concerns with Manager Tony Garcia. Finally, they had my car for over 20 days for painting the bumpers and replacing some damaged parts. the manager as part of the customer satisfaction offered to replace the scratched interior panel they damaged. I inspected the car and it looked well but they "forgot again" to install one of the parts to be replaced. They took the car back and brought it back with the old part installed. I was so frustrated by this point of the lack of professionalism and service performance, that I decided to leave with the old part since it was in the bottom of the car anyway. Unfortunately, we have not finished yet. When I get home, the cameras of the car are not working. It is January 4th, 2024. Front camera doesn't have a signal and the rear camera is blurry. I called the dealer and they said they are busy and can't take my car until Monday. I said ok, I will take my car whenever you have time to fix my car that you should have fixed and not crashed originally, but I understand you are a busy dealer. I took my car to the dealer Monday Jan/8/2024 for something they should have checked and had my car over 20 days for. On Thursday, I called the manager Tony Garcia to talk about expectations since the rep is not giving me answers. I received the message that he was not available but he will call me back the same day, he never calls back. I called again Jan/16/2024 but he didn't answer the phone and I received the same message: he will call back. he has never returned my calls. Attempts to talk and resolve service issues with Manager Tony Garcia have been unsuccessful. Messages left were not returned, and I am left without answers regarding the ongoing issues with my car. I still don't have my car, no loaner and no answers from the dealer, don't go there. read more

I had a good experience at Midway Ford. At first, I was nervous because of some of the things I saw written about it online, but I am happy with my purchase of a lightly used 2019 Mustang Ecoboost Convertible and am glad I went with Midway Ford because I got a price I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. My salesman was Julio. He was super kind during the whole process, available through text and answered all of my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't hesitate to ask a manager. I think what I liked most about him was he wasn't desperate or eager like other car salesman I've worked with before. He was nice, relaxed and didn't make me feel pressured. The next day after I purchased the car, I had to bring it back in because there was an issue with the window's motor, and they didn't give me any issues with replacing the part. I was in and out in about an hour and they even offered me a loaner vehicle if it would take any longer. Overall, I'd recommend Midway Ford. Ask for Julio because he was great. Excellent I was searching all over town and no one was as nice as these guys at Midway Ford. They were willing to do what it took to make the deal happen. They made me feel like a family member. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life time, but this dealership went far and beyond to make things happened. As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt right at home. I first did my research on the internet and found the car I wanted. Then I called and spoke to Mr. Eduardo Salinas I explained my situation and he told me to come on in and they would see what could be done. I had a traded in and I was upside down on it. My sales person was Mr. Cesar Hernandez, he knows what he is doing does not play around. He explained everything to me and we started the paper work. Then the finance manager Mr. Frank took my information and started to work on the deal. Bottom line is no one in Miami would give me a better deal on my trade or the New Mustang I purchased. They bent over backwards to make sure I could drive out of the lot in a new car. What can I say but THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I plan to buy my cars here from now on. The manger was also a great person and also made sure the deal would go threw. I am a very happy customer. At the end Brandon came over and helped with the Ford App on my phone so I could take advantage of the Ford App. This dealership has a team that will get the job done and get you into a car to make you happy.
