Came in for a recall on a Saturday after being told to come in that day by a new employee that was unaware they do recall work on weekends, to not waste the trip took advantage of the works package and had my car serviced. Good, quick service, friendly staff, better than other Ford dealers in the area. read more

Piss poor customer service with the service department. Have been trying to get a simple question answered. When was the last time I serviced my vehicle? After 5 calls since 730am, 2 voicemails left and can't get a live person to answer such a simple question as a service writer needs to look it up. Guess who won't be taking out another lease at this facility. Funny that everything they preach while keeping you on hold for 15 minutes can't be actually done. read more

If i could do a lower rating i would. Worst dealership I have ever been too in my life. I work with fleet vehicle so i visit a lot of dealerships. Run away dont walk you will never get your wasted time back. Horrible service from start to finish. Ford should disown them. read more

Management of the service department at Midway Ford could use some work. The first time I went, it was great, and the man that helped me with my Mustang service was fantastic. However, this week I showed up at 3:30pm on a Wednesday and asked if I can get an oil change. The lady said no, that they had 3 cars waiting or something, and they work from appointments. I think that's unacceptable because that's the second time something like that happens to me there. Anyway, same as last time, I headed straight to Ford of Kendall instead at about 4pm, where they did my oil change and inspection and tire rotation within 1 and a half hours. At first he advised me I might have to wait 2 hours, but then he went and spoke to some people and came back and told me it may just be 1 hour. He didn't just turn me away and tell me they wouldn't be able to do my car like Midway did. I will be going back to Ford of Kendall to do my brakes since they have great customer service. read more

I am in need of a new F250 Platinum, went to a lot of trouble to spec out exactly what I want on ford.com, and am willing to wait for them to build it. Asked Midway for quote as they advertise they will give online. What could be easier? Well here we go. First they send me quotes for a completely different truck with every single option wrong, length, package, 4x2 vs 4x4, gas vs diesel etc. Then they call me try to get me to come down so I can suffer through one of those 'meet the manager' sessions, rather than just give "upront pricing" as advertised. Then they said they will not give a quote for the vehicle i want built until it arrives, even if I give a deposit. We will negotiate the price when it gets here, they say. And if we cant agree the price at that time, I lose my deposit. I cannot imagine anyone is stupid enough to buy a vehicle and give a deposit without knowing the price, but that's how they apparently do business. I wouldn't waste time playing games with this company. read more

Midway Ford use to be a good Dealer and service Center...but not anymore. Waiting time is too long, poor service and advice, try to sale additional service or part when not needed and the worse now is......too expansive for a regular maintenance. Do your own experience and let us know if any improvment.....good luck. read more

My husband leased a Ford Explorer sport as my birthday present on May 2016. The car looked and appeared to have the functionalities I needed. We were happy and although the car payment was not incredibly inexpensive, again it was the look and size I wanted. I have taken in the car for service as suggested and I was never informed there was anything wrong with the car. Early this year the car would not start. The computer screen just gave us an error, it appeared to have a computer glitch. Car had to be towed, that took a whole day. It took them more than 3 days to resolve the issue. In the process they did ZERO follow up on the status of the car, nor did they give me a loaner. I literary had to call none stop, every day, to get someone to provide me with an update. As of a month ago, the car's exhaust has a large amount of white smoke coming out when idle. Not to mention, I also received a letter in the mail there was a recall on the front passenger seat, which may result in the seat coming out during an accident. Great News! I take the car in for service and the gentlemen there was very nice. Unfortunately though, never contacted me to provide me with an update throughout the day as he said he would. I had to call multiple times to get a hold of him and be told they don't exactly know what is wrong with the car and need one more day to diagnose it, not to fix it. They will not provide me with a loaner, yet again. In Miami working and having children without a car is impossible and $20 uber rides everywhere you go, gets very expensive. For me, the purpose of leasing is to always have a new functioning car and avoid of all the repair hassles. Extremely disappointed in the service of this company and my experience with the quality of the car. Would definitely never lease or deal with them once this lease is over. I use to pay less money at Deel Volkswagen for an SUV and service was always superb. I cannot wait for this last year with this car to be over. I'm suppose to get a call today at 10am. It's sad to say I am not expecting a call from them, what I am expecting is to waste my lunch break calling them none stop in hopes of getting an update. Meanwhile, I will have to incur in endless Uber rides to take my children to school, go to work, go home, soccer practice, etc. Not that this company cares of course. UPDATE: It is now 1:03pm and I never got a call nor have my calls been answered to get a status on my car. I finally got a loaner that afternoon. Now waiting to see when I will get my car back. read more

Went to look at a Vehicle on saturday and loved it but it had a a ball joint that needed to be repaired. I told the sales man Benito (Beni) I want to take the truck but I want that to be fixed. He promised me the vehicle will not be giving to anyone . the service department will take a look at it the same day. Later on that day they told me it will be looked at on Monday. I was then told the mechanic that works on suspension wasn't there and it will be looked at on Monday. Monday comes I was promised by the sales man the truck will be ready for Tuesday and I can deliver it. I got myself approved for a loan. I told the salesman I will personally go to the dealership to fill out any paper work so the deal could get done and he said no problem I'll be waiting for you. I get there he isn't there another salesman comes to me to start talking about the paper work but when I asked him to see the vehicle he didn't want to show me. He even told me he couldn't tell me when the vehicle will be done (the runaround). So Tuesday comes I ask for updates on the car my sales man says it will be done tomorrow for sure and agree to meet Wednesday at 6pm to get the deal done. Only a hour later he tells me the vehicle has been sold and nothing I can do about it. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. read more

If I could not give any stars I would. The worst, most incompetent people I have ever had the dis fortune of meeting and fixing my car. They ripped me off completely and when we asked for reasons behind the prices they were extremely condescending even though every person in my family is an engineer and works with car issues/helps build and create parts on a daily basis. I did not feel comfortable here for a second. There were a total of 3 people who spoke English and the others refused to understand that I did not speak their language and made fun of me when I couldn't tell that he was trying to say keys when he said "K". It's the only ford dealership in a 50 mile radius of coral gables so I had no other choice. read more

Very racist if u don't speak Spanish don't stop they won't help you no matter what package you have on your vehicle. Luis never asked for my info told me quickly he can't help. Asked for a manager Tony Garcia came over and said the same thing Luis said. So I said check my package.Tony checks and see they have to repair it but tells me ohh I think I can get someone to fix it. read more

If I could put zero stars I would! Is the second time I go and it is still the worst service ever! Let me tell you my experience and hopefully it will save you some time and anger. First time I went I wanted to buy a car. I waited 30 mins to get even noticed and there wasn't anybody there! So it's not like they were busy. I spoke to the manager and he apologized. Next time I go there it was the same sh***t but this time we wanted to bring my bf's car a fiesta for warranty for a stupid light. Well... it has been there 2 weeks already. For a freaking light.. and every time we call they say they will call back (they never call back) when we go there, they tell us the piece hasn't arrived or the car has another issue. Last time they said it couldn't start up! I really don't know how many excuses they have made. Every time we go to pick up the car is not ready. Please don't go there you deserve something better than this. read more

Great experience with our salesman, Edwin. He greeted us promptly, wasn't pushy, and informed us of all possible deals going on that would lower our vehicle price. We've bought 4 cars from here and have always had a great experience. We even a cd in the car we traded in and Edwin made sure we were able to recover it the next day. We also received a phone call the next day to ask us how we liked our new vehicle. I'd definitely recommend this dealership. read more

Way understaffed! It took 30 minutes for the service agent to see me, very nice lady. Then it took almost 3 hours to have an oil change that takes less than 30 minutes anywhere else. Last time I come here for that service, and will only come if absolutely necessary because of warranty issues and I may try another dealer even if far from where I live. If I could I would give them 0 stars! read more

I was told to come in on Monday 5-7-2018 for a diagnostic on my electrical equipment ,navigation radio etc. my appointment was at 1;30 pm , I showed up at 12;40 pm then I was told the out sourced tech would be there around 2;30pm so I drove up and down 8st for about an hour. on arriving I was told he'd be there at about 2- 2:30 pm ,sat in the waiting room for another 25 minutes ,at 3.00 pm I told them to forget, I had to go, asking to speak with the service manager was a total waste of time did everything but roll his eyes at me . I was interested in a Nissan Sentra 2009 that was on their website. I called to know more about it, and "Leonardo santos" answered and said we have other great cars like the Chevrolet Spark or the Ford Focus. Let's just say it looked like he didn't want me to get that car. So a few days later I show up to the dealer and I go into his office and he starts looking through his inventory and doesn't stop telling me how the white Ford Focus on their inventory "is a good car". "I would totally recommend it". "You'll also get approved for sure with that car". Let's just say it looked like they wanted to get rid of that white 2013 Ford Focus with 55,800 miles badly. So he gets the key for the Ford Focus and he asks again are you sure you want to test drive the Nissan Sentra and I'm like yeah of course that's the car I came here for. So we go to the lot and we approached the white Ford Focus. The guy didn't even know how to open it. He literally spent more then 10 minutes trying to figure out how to open the freaking car. How can he not not how to open a Ford Focus when the dealer is known for selling that brand? So we head out and while I'm driving the car, the car had a really loud sound. It sounded as if it was coming from the motor or transmission. The guy claimed it was because it had turbo. I was like oh okay make sense. So once we got back to the dealership we asked another guy and he said that Ford focuses don't have turbo. So what was that noise I thought? Looked like that car was in bad shape and they really wanted to get rid of it. I asked if I could test drive another Ford Focus to see if it had the same noise and they were like yeah. I never got to drive another vehicle. They were desperately trying to rush the process with the purchase of the white Ford Focus. I didn't have any time to breathe. That dealer is a scam and the people that work there don't know how to do their job and don't know anything about cars. At the end They didn't even know where the Nissan Sentra was in the lot. I think they used it as bait. Beware!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS PLACE WHILE YOU CAN!!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I showed up for an oil change. No one was available to help me. I walked over to someone who was sitting inside of a car and laughing and talking with a customer and he told me to go over to the booths and someone will help me. I stood there for 30 minutes. One guy had the door shut and was on the phone. Another guy walked in and out of the booth and told me that someone would assist me shortly. I waited and waited and no one helped me at all. Plenty of employees saw me waiting in front of the booths and did nothing. I left work early for this and ended up taking my business elsewhere. The guy that was sitting and flirting instead of trying to assist (he was still there as I left) saw me get into my car and take off. Don't come here unless you want to be ignored. read more

Zero Stars !!! Minus 10 service !!! Midway Ford has no CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Most relevant to customers, this place has no sense of responsibility !!!! I have a lease and my car has the traction control light on. This is the 2nd time I take to this dealer and they just turn off the light !!! Can you all BELIEVE THIS ??? Midway Ford did not fix the problem, just turned off the light. And let me drive away with the problem. I go around 40 miles on a rainy day, and the back tires are sliding !!!! Wouldn't you be upset at that if that was happening to you??? I called my attorney today to guide me through this torture. And how to make monkey business like Midway Ford to be responsible and accountable for their work. I tried several levels of management to discuss this problem, they do not offer an option. They just give the back to me and push the situation away. It is like talking to a ghost company !!! How are they still in business????? Midway Ford does not offer a solution to my case, just stuck me with the problem. Not mentioning wasting my time and energy to try to get something fixed in my car that came bad from factory. I just don't have words to describe how disgusted and disappointed and offended I am at this midway ford !!!! They should CLOSE, GET A FINE and learn to do business first, treat customers with respect and good service. That would speak for itself and bring customers back. However midway ford does nothing close to standard customer service, they scare and kick customers out with their lousy service !!!!!!! ARRRGGGGGG.... midway ford is ZERO !!!!! NOTHING !!!!!!!!! read more

This is the worst Ford dealership I have ever had the misfortune of contacting. The service department here is worthless. I have a recall on my Focus transmission and was told to make an appointment with the transmission mechanic and I made one for August 13th (tomorrow). I foresaw their incompetence, called to make sure I had one. The "service secretary" did not return my voicemail nor did she pick up the other three times I called. I then contacted the mechanic, Fernando directly to be told to "come between 8 and noon." Clearly, ther was no set appointment. Furthermore, nothing was in the system from my previous interactions with the dealership (I had come previously 3 weeks ago for a system update in hopes of that fixing my transmission issue, to which it failed). Maynor Rodriguez was my service mechanic and lied to me, saying that "he couldn't provide me with proof of their work since it takes a few days to get into the system." 3 weeks later, nothing is in the system. They now want to repeat everything again and further waste my time and work days. DO NOT come here, the workers are incompetent, rude, and seem to drone away mindlessly at work as they wait for the 9-5 clock to run out. Real customer service workers actually care about the customers. read more

Truly terrible service. I initially took my car in for a recall on my transmission. I called first and asked for an appointment and I was told there was no need to make an appointment. When I arrived I was told that I would need an appointment. I told them what I was told over the phone and said that I could leave my car there over the weekend and pick it up when it was ready. I had to contact them a few days later, because I never received a call from them. When I finally spoke to someone that could give me an answer, I was told that my car hadn't been looked at, but I was first on their list of the next day. I called about 10:15 the next day to ask about the status, and I was told that the mechanic was not arriving until 11:00 that day. I finally got someone to call me back later that day, and was told it was the issue of the recall but they would have to test it again with the engine cold the next day. I didn't receive any more information from them. I called them on Friday morning (1 week after initially dropping off my car) and I was told that the problem had not been diagnosed yet (despite being told earlier in the week that it was diagnosed as the transmission problem. I then received a TEXT that my car was ready to be picked up at 6:00pm on Friday. I picked up my car on the following Monday before work. I asked what was done to the car and they said they fixed the computer regarding the transmission and they did the best they could but I might still experience the jumping of the transmission. Basically, it sounds like the issue was not taken care of. I will have to see if the actually fixed the problem or not, but regardless I will never bring my car in for service to this location! read more

This Dealership deserves less than one star review. I've took my Mustang to this dealership over 5 times because it would have a problem with the steering wheel, and every time they would tell that there is nothing wrong with the car. UNTIL I finally had to take a picture and a video of what the problem was and then they told me it was the battery, so I went out of my way to buy a NEW battery just to find out the next day that the car was still having the same problem! Took the car back to this horrible dealership and spoke with the service and the repair manger to please FIX the problem on the car. The owner had to personally drive the vehicle which I did not like at all. just to order 2 other parts for the car to find out it was none of those pieces. They finally found out it was the Rack and Pinion. I've been waiting for almost 3 months and the dealer hasn't called me to give me any information on my car. I will never get a ford in my life again. I will be joining the Dodge family. This dealership is full of LIES and SCAMS. read more

I brought my truck in for the check engine light. It took them 7 days to figure out that it was a bad sensor. The customer service is a joke. They will never call you with updates or return your calls. I had to go in daily to see what progress they have made. I will never use them again and I will let everyone I know not to bother going there. read more

Getting a new car should be a fun and exciting experience, yet It always seemed to end up more like a nightmare. Then I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ralph Duran. As long as Ralph Duran is at midway, I will continue to be a midway customer. As long as Mike Martin is service at midway, I will continue to have my fords serviced at midway. They are both the most professional and customer focused individuals at this dealership. Thanks to them, I will continue to lease and service my cars for the foreseeable future at midway. Without them, I would not be a client. I also want to mention Larissa, who helped with a specific issue I had with a car that came faulty from manufacturer. She was fantastic and did an amazing job at keeping me informed and answering my questions, even when I was at my wits end. If you are looking for a car and want a no, or at less minimal, hassle experience, ask for and only work with Ralph Duran!! He values you as a client, values your time, and appreciates and truly earns your business and respect. In my experience, I can honestly say that he will go above and beyond any expectations you might have and you will not be disappointed. Only salesman I trust at midway or any other dealership! I highly recommend you only deal with him for the sale and Mike Martin for the maintenance!! And if you have issues, which happen from time to time, make sure to ask for assistance from Larissa. I would give 5 stars, if I was only rating them. read more

I bought a used ford explorer and I had a bad experience. I wrote a long very negative review. Mr. Polanco read it and he called and emailed me immediately. I did not want to speak with him. My brake light stopped working and all the back lights were flashing. I went to Sears just so I would not have to go back to the dealer but I was told that only the dealer could fix them. I had no choice and I contacted Mr. Polanco. He remembered me from when I purchased my car. He had Mr. Tony Garcia and William Maya waiting for me. When the lights were fixed, a very nice man came to pick me up (I wish I could have gotten his name) and we arrived at the dealer kind of late. Mr. Polanco and Mr. Diaz were waiting for me. I was happy with the lights. So I got brave and returned the car for the free oil change and an initial window problem. The Oil change went good and one of the two windows was fixed. The passenger door rattles when the window is up but I will deal with that until it gets worse. Anyway, Mr. Polanco is a Car Sales person and not a Service Manager BUT he wanted to make things right. Mr. Garcia did not hide and he made sure the work was done properly, and Mr. William Maya was very kind and did not rush me in explaining my concerns and they nice gentleman that gave me rides to work and to the dealer was as nice as can be. For that I thank them All. They all made it a positive experience and for that I THANK YOU! Frances Gonzalez read more

I took my car in for a recall issue and was told it would take 2 or 3 days to fix. Upon calling in the 3rd day, I was bounced back and forth between airhead receptionists and voicemails and never received a call back. After the 4th day of waiting without a callback, I had to show up in person to talk to my representative who was not very happy to see me. I was told that the part had to be ordered. Two more days went by before the part actually arrived and another two before they got around to actually moving my car from its original parking spot (yes I walked back to the fences lot and my car had not been moved!). After going in person yet again I was told that they would definitely do it that day...2 days later I actually got my car back without even so much as a receipt as to the work that was done. They never offered me a loaner. After speaking to a manager on the day I picked up my car, the manager asked if I wanted to leave it for a free oil change!! Nope!!! I will never take my car back to this dealership!! read more

Despite that most reviews about midway are negative about their service (I have not use their service yet ) I can tell you that had the best experience getting a lease at this dealer. I used to buy all my fords at this dealer more than 10 years ago to be honest, we bought in the last few years 3 cars Focus, Fusion and a Expedition. This was my first time getting a lease and after doing all my homework and learning as many things as i could can't complaint about the treatment. Our salesman was Manny Martinez great guy very well known for all his years of experience at Ford we felt very comfortable at the point that it felt like a friendship of years. The transaction was very smooth and everything was clearly explain. Its been a few years since i didnt visit ford and i am amaze how much they have accomplish with all the technology and great looking cars. By the way i got myself a 2016 fusion which feels like a luxury car inside i cant tell you enough that if you ever come accross and make the desicion to get ford do not hesitate to visit midway and let Manny do all the work for you he is great i'll definetly give them the first opportunity on my next car purchase thanks. read more

Came to this Ford to get my car inspected. I got there and everyone was pleasant. but after my car was "inspected" I was told what was wrong and what parts were going to be ordered. they told me it would take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. its almost been 2 months and my parts still haven't arrived. haven't received a call stating why. luckily I went to the Auto Nation Ford in Miami Gardens and had a second opinion on my car. the car inspections were incomparable. I was told everything that the car had and how it can be improved. they ordered the parts and they arrive in less than a week. SHAME ON YOU MIDWAY. I constantly called and showed concern that I was driving with my 2 daughters and didn't want the piece that needed to be replaced to ruin something else or put our life's in danger. but all the parts woman could tell me was don't worry they aren't here yet and that theres nothing she can do. read more
