The pho was the best pho I have ever tasted, and will be what I get probably every time I eat here moving forward. When one can indulge in a gastronomical experience of that caliber, why ever deviate? However, this was my lady's meal, so I sampled but did not devour. I had ordered #4: their pork Vietnamese noodle salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, which was plentiful, tasty (it also included shrimp) and barbequed. My companion ordered a strawberry matcha and the vegetarian bún: nice and herby and green, but lacking that good flavor (chili, acid) in the Nước Chấm fish sauce. It shouldn't be solely up to sriracha to get a dish to the right flavors.
