The contractor must have grossly misunderstood as they mopped around a ton of stain on the floors. Needless to say it made a mess of everything and it appeared that a 6K+ floor replacement was necessary. Daniel from GTWF came highly recommend by our realtor. He took a careful assessment of the situation gave a fair bid to clean and restore the floors offering to do a test before progressing.
