    Kids Cheeseburger

Ordered the blue cheese burger on DoorDash, wanted to come here as well to say how well cooked it was. Perfect medium rare. Perfect amount of thick and authentic blue cheese. As far as the kids cheeseburger and fries goes, this kid gives it a big thumbs up!

Every time I go to midtown grill I try something different and I love it every time. They have plenty of options to choose from & they have a different drink special every day. Check them out !

I had the French dip. It was amazing. Service was great and prices were reasonable. The wife had the bacon Swiss with mushroom. It was delicious mozzarella sticks, marinara sauce, marinara sauce.

    Breakfast burger with tots, $14.99.

Combines the best qualities of dive bar and local hipster joint: the environment is simple, clean, and decorated with beer signs; there is actual beer served; service is efficient and friendly; and the food is terrific. My breakfast burger was perfectly prepared, down to the exact runniness of the egg (which is impressive, as egg runniness is a fussy little art). It comes with habanero jam, and the sting is to convince you that you're clearing your arteries rather than clogging them. I got the tater tots -- precisely at the peak of tot crispness -- and regretted not trying the hash browns, as my lunch companion's hash browns looked delightfully crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Whoever was in the kitchen must get a kick of out getting things exactly right. This was way better than I was expecting when I picked the place and way better than I would have been fine with. The restaurant *is* small and can get loud, so time your visit accordingly.

Lunch was good. I had tomato bisque soup and my grandson had the Wild West Burger with garlic blue cheese fries. OMG! Soo good. Good service. Fair prices.

    Western burger and garlic fries

We came here on a Friday at 6pm. We had a large group of 18. Our server was attentive and took great care of us. I personally ordered a western burger and paid extra for a side salad and upgraded to garlic fries and a side of sweet potato fries. About the food....the western burger was FANTASTIC! Perfectly cooked with crispy bacon and onion ring. The BBQ sauce was good too!! The garlic fries-a huge disappointment. It was a decent sized portion but hardly any garlic or Parmesan. The sweet potato fries also a good portion and cooked well but little flavor. The side salad, again a good sized portion and plenty of onion, tomato, cucumber and croutons, but there was a lot of slimy red lettuce (yuck) that I needed pick out :( The thousand island dressing was good. Another big issue was they didn't honor the Yelp check in discount of 10percent. Server contacted her boss and he said never heard of it. Pretty disappointed about that. But I would consider returning to try something else besides the salad. (Three stars for the unhonored discount and the slimy lettuce)

Parmesan wings super salty and drenched. Tasted bitter

I've came here since it opened and this last time I went I was pretty disappointed. Nothing seemed fresh and well prepared. -Wings we're soaked in sauce and super salty! Both were suppose to be a bit sweet but tasted bitter and the basic veggies that come with it were not fresh at all..the waitress ended up bringing us new celery. We always liked getting the wings but this time they were not good at all. - angry bird had no flavor...fell apart so easily and the sweet potato fries had no flavor barely any salt. I will say the lady at the front was very nice and attentive. I really hope this was maybe just because we came to closing? And they were just trying to get rid of stuff?

    Onion rings

This is a hole in the wall type of place, the onion rings are huge and a good bang for your buck. I've tried the sandwiches and they are really good. The only one that I was disappointed on was the tri tip one. It had only small pieces. I wish I would of taken a picture but it wasn't worth the $17. The service is great, very attentive and there is plenty of space to sit.

    Patty melt and onion rings!!!

This place can be hard to miss in the evening if you aren't looking for it. I came here for a quick meal to go. After placing the order, it took a very long time to get my food. Something like 25 minutes. By that point, it was so late and I was so hungry I was gnawing away at my knuckles. The food finally got boxed up and I checked to see that I ordered a ridiculously expensive $16 Patty Melt w/onion rings. After taking my first bite, I thought it was pretty good. However, I noticed that the size of typical sourdough bread is an ovalish shape, but the patty was square. So the patty stuck out of the bread like it didn't belong there and there was all this extra bread that the patty did not touch. Though the meat was a thick patty and everything else was pretty good, I couldn't get passed how much it cost for a patty that never touch either side of the bread. Maybe I'd go back if there aren't any better options.

It's been years since I ate at midtown Grill. Yes they're burgers are still rockin. I tried the chilly fries,,, and I wasn't totally impressed. Feel like you can do better. But nevertheless let's talk about the Burgers. Excellent in my eyes and belly if you ask me. Ingredients are fresh as they should be. Burger was juicy with that thick piece of bacon in it. Oh yeahhhh , everyone in town has to check Midtown grill out at least once and see fort themselves what the hype is about x plus they have a nice beer selection. Thank me later!

Not because the service was slow, but my time management is admittedly poor. Came back little over an hour later to a fresh meal waiting for me on the counter, neatly packaged, and still hot. I had the pastrami burger and was honestly one of the best burgers I've had in recent memory. Great flavor and just the right amount of juiciness. Also, I usually never get tomatoes on burgers cause they get it soggy, but forgot to ask for them off here and I'm glad I didn't. They were cut thinly enough that I could enjoy them. Dude working here is a super lovable guy too, he pays a lot of attention to his customers and makes them his #1 priority. You can tell he is very passionate about his work here. I felt a bit bad even asking to change it, so I went up to the counter and politely asked the girl at the register if we could add an extra shot to balance it out. The cashier was genuinely nice and sweet; she immediately turned to Trinity and asked if she could do that for us. Instead of a standard professional response, Trinity treated me with an immense amount of rudeness and a terrible attitude. Her hostile tone was completely unprovoked. My sister watched the entire interaction play out and was incredibly upset on my behalf because of how disrespectful Trinity was to me, especially since I was being super polite to begin with.My sister felt compelled to speak with Trinity directly about her behavior right then and there. It is highly disappointing to see such a blatant lack of professionalism in a customer service role. While anyone can have an off day, taking it out on a polite customer and ignoring her own coworker's polite request is unacceptable. It is a cute place with potential, but customer service is everything. I am rating them low because of this experience, and I hope management addresses Trinity's attitude moving forward.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Maryville (at 1st & D St's), and next to the Chinese "Bok Kai Temple", this longstanding and well known restaurant/saloon/hotel has been in operation dating way back to 1858 when the peak of the gold rush era was thriving in California. Over the years, the upstairs hotel (a.k.a. "The Grand Hotel") was once a brothel amongst various operations before becoming a permanent hotel for guests to stay. Meanwhile the downstairs has served as a full-size bar complete with a ton of American comfort food to choose from on their extensive menu. I came here during the afternoon of Saturday 7/19/2025 at around 4:30pm. Since this was during the 25th annual "Marysville Peach Festival", there was a ton of customers and locals visiting during my visit. Surprisingly, parking was easy to find as I parked directly outside of the building. Once inside, you are immediately drawn to the nostalgic wooden interior. From the looks of it, not much has changed here over the years complete with vintage sepia chandeliers, huge brick ovens, taxidermy displays of various animals, and everything else that represented the wild wild west. Their menu is extensive and has just about all of the stick-to-your-ribs food you can ask for. This includes a ton of appetizers (poppers, fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.) as well as a nice variety of main course entrées that include sandwiches, burgers, salads, steaks, pastas, and much more. And since you're in a saloon, they offer all of the top whiskies, bourbons and brandies as well as a ton of beer on tap. Keep in mind that they are closed on Monday & Tuesday but open for business Wed/Thu and Sunday from 11am-8pm and Fri/Sat from 11am-9pm. After narrowing down what I wanted, I finally settled with their "French Dip" sandwich. This was a traditional and classic sandwich complete with their smoked roast beef w/Swiss cheese & mayonnaise on a hoagie roll with a side of Au Jus sauce. I opted with home fries as my side and a Coke to drink. I also ordered a starter appetizer which was their crispy "Chicken Tenders". Our server was very attentive as my +1 and I sat on a quieter side of the restaurant (near the windows). Total time took around 25 minutes to get our food; not a big deal considering this place was absolutely packed with customers. Overall, my French Dip was delicious and filling. They were generous with the thin sliced roast beef while there was the perfect amount of cheese. The au jus had the right amount of consistency as each bite hit the spot. However, the chicken tenders were just so-so as there was too much breading on the exterior. And considering these were $16.95 for 4 tenders, it was quite a bit on the pricier side. I don't want to knock this place too much but I did see quite a bit of flies by our table. But I do realize that some of these things are beyond their control with as busy as it was. All in all, the "Silver Dollar Saloon" is a good place for small and large gatherings. The service was excellent while we got filled up during our visit. My rating, an above average four stars.
