The service made the experience even worse. The blonde waitress was rude and very slow. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because the restaurant was busy, but after dropping off the food, she never came back to check on us. When I eventually went to complain about the food, her attitude was negative rather than apologetic or helpful. I understand that mistakes happen, especially when a restaurant is busy. What really disappointed me was the combination of poorly prepared food, the long wait, and the attitude when I tried to address the issue. Which just added to the overall disappointment. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. And I don't recommend it for anyone Who likes a nice and clean environment.

A quick update, coffee refill, or acknowledgment of the delay would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, between the extremely long wait, lack of service, and cleanliness concerns, this will probably be our last visit.
