I was there that day and these are all complete lies! This customer was immature and having a childish tantrum. She was simply asked to bring in her receipt and she said she didn't have it the owner told her you need one and she started freaking out! The owner told her like any other retail store you need a receipt in order to get a refund, after her acting out like a child and causing an embarrassing scene and disrespecting the business' COVID-19 practices miraculously she showed back up with her receipt and GOT HER REFUND. It's amazing how people just want to blame everybody else for their problems and play the bully card when they can't grinstant gratification and a handout. read more

I chose to have my SUV detailed before the holidays. I was completely blown away- it looked better than brand new. The team at Midstate - lead by Eric were outstanding. Nothing was overlooked and my Black SUV looks brand new for the new year! I would recommend them a hundred times over. Felix was fantastic in helping me find a car I liked and making me and my husband feel comfortable about having payments for the first time. I needed a bigger vehicle and the owner Ray was able to get me exactly what I wanted. A beautiful white limited Jeep. Exact car I have wanted for years.
