Very positive and said he would make sure that the car was ready in time. On Tuesday the parts arrived and I brought the car right in. 3 days later, on Friday, the car was ready and I picked it up. 8 days start to finish. And the repairs were perfect. I was scrambling to pick a place to have it repaired. I found that this shop was a preferred place of repair. Called to schedule rental coverage and to bring my car. However, the rental place that booked me the day I was supposed to drop it off said they had no rentals. Was absolutely gutted. However, Morgan from Auto Park jumped in, found me another place for a rental and saved the day. In addition, the owner of the shop was amazing and truly honest about every aspect of the repairs. Over $6000.00 in repairs, a $1000.00 deductible out of my pocket, but Fuller refuses to replace a part damaged on their site that appears to have been caused by a round metal object. Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos before drop off and then upon my attempted pick up to demonstrate the new damage.
