Well, I have another superlative declaration, this time for Casey Coffee Company: This coffee shop serves the best bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich that I've ever eaten. Ever! It's also the biggest BEC I've ever eaten. This sandwich is huge and can easily feed two people. I got my baconeggandcheese on a jalapeno bagel, but you can choose from several different kinds of bagels, including a rainbow bagel, if you're so inclined. Inside the bagel sandwich, the eggs are scrambled, the bacon is chopped, and the cheese is melty and plentiful. The bagel is toasted and has a bit of a sheen to it from being doused with butter or something equally delicious. The bagel itself is chewy but also slightly crispy. The whole thing is amazing, and I just wanted to keep eating it, even though it was so big and I was so stuffed. (Pause.) Even better: I think this BEC was like less than $10, which is a steal. They don't know what they have here at Casey Coffee Company, or maybe they do and they just want to pass on the savings to you and make you come back to Casey to look at the big things.
