Wanted a quick coffee on our way out of town in the morning, and this is about the only option around. I wanted to be more impressed (ha), but I was underwhelmed. I've had many caramel macchiatos - and this one was tooooooo sweet. I watched the guy absolutely douse my drink in caramel, but didn't realize it was happening until it was too late to stop him. Not to mention it was like 95% milk so that could've definitely been part of the issue. It's a cute interior, just wish my coffee had a lot better balance of flavor than it did. read more

Went to pick up coffee and a sandwich, the lady at the window gave me the hot coffee w the lid half off (cheap ass cups) coffee spilled all over my car, my leg, arm, body and hair, she didn't even offered to make me a new one, I asked for napkins and she said "oh yes I will give them to you," but NEVER DiD! I ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough bread add pesto. They gave me slices white bread not even toasted with cold cheese (Not melted) and tomatoes, they did add the pesto. On the northeast side of Vincennes, there is a small coffee shop that has a lot of charm. It looks like a small house that was converted into a shop. Plenty of free parking in their lot out front as well. Inside, there are some small tables and the lighting is on the dim side to make it feel a bit cozy. The order counter is at the back of the room and has an array of pastries available. The menu board for their coffee and smoothie selections is posted on the wall behind the counter. I decided to pass on a coffee selection and went for a Wild Berry Smoothie. Apparently they have to make that in room behind the counter, so the clerk disappeared for a brief while. (I like that they cut a window in the wall so that you can see they are making it while they can see customers in line.) Before long, I received my smoothie and was on my way. I'll knock off one star, because Impressed needs to update its location. But, overall, I had a good experience here. I ordered an iced matcha green tea latte, half sweetness, and it came back as requested. Could've used a little more matcha, as the soy milk flavor featured prominently. Nevertheless, this is a really quality coffee shop for a small town, with a convenient drive thru. And the service was good. Very nice hole in the wall coffee and tea place. My wife and child loved their coffee. I am always a tea drinker so I got 24 oz Black Tea. Very on par with Starbucks. The food looked very good. Free WiFi which is always great. Seating for about 20 people. Parking lot was packed with people going thru the drive thru window. Visiting from out of town and was up early prowling around for coffee. I happened to see this little (very busy) place and immediately pulled in. I'm so glad I did! I just moved to Vincennes and was a little worried about moving to a town with only one coffee shop (but happy about the lack of starbucks or any other corporate chain place). After my first visit, I was worried no more! Great coffee at a great price in a cozy atmosphere (in what once was a putt putt golf center). The coffee is good, but the owners seem to have quit caring about the business. They offer breakfast sandwiches but you wouldn't know it because they removed the menu board. Also the drink menu is written in chalk and has faded. But the real problem is poor customer service. I waited for five minutes at the counter to order while the barista was making drinks. He didn't acknowledge me, nor did the 2 people in the back who knew I was there. A simple "I'll be with you shortly," would have kept me waiting.
