The baked goods are generally puff pastry or croissant-based, either filled or topped with fruit, jam, or sweetened cheese. My favorite was probably a raspberry pastry (though the photo I posted was on Yelp over a year ago, my first visit here). I haven't tried their food yet, but from what I've seen, it looks good. For some reason, this place also seems to bring in a lot of bicyclists. There's street parking available, and it's right by the Lechmere station.

The gingerbread one also wasn't overly saturated with sugar. The daily specials menu hints at a really diverse food menu and I'm excited to try out the burgers, quesadillas, and sandwiches! I tried the toffee nut coffee and loved the subtle toffee flavor that added a hint of sweetness without being overpowering. There are many other coffee flavors that I cant wait to come back and try. Loved the egg in a hole, the bagel is nice and crunchy on the outside with a soft pillowly center and the sesame seeds add so much flavor and a great nuttiness! The pistachio croissant is good as well but a little too sweet for my liking. The best part about Tattes is that there's usually ample seating to chat with friends or get some work done. They also do open later than other bakeries around making it a great place to hang out at.
