Moving and shipping a car can be really stressful but working with eagle auto transport made shipping my car so much easier! I previously used another car shipping company from Uship and that was stressful due to lack of communication; however, my friend highly recommended eagle auto transport this time around and I'm grateful that she did! I worked with Rossi who always returned my phone calls and answered any questions that I had. She then called and emailed me when a driver was scheduled. She provided clear information about the pick up date, estimated delivery date, cost, form of payment accepted, and the driver's contact. The driver, Khas, was easy to reach & delivered my car 2-3 days before the expected delivery date! I was really impressed with this experience as their communication is top notch. Pricing is also fair. I'll be recommending eagle auto transport to others!!

I had a good feeling at that point that they were the company to use and i was correct! their pricing was very fair and they were accurate in timing. we did have a little issue with getting the truck down the city streets but they handled it very quickly and found a new vender. Car arrived in arizona in 5 days. Price was reasonable and I was able to do guaranteed pickup and drop off on scheduled dates which was very helpful as I moved across the country and had very specific dates. I did feel pressured to book quickly in the beginning which only added to the stress of moving. My car was picked up and dropped off on time and without damage so I'm grateful for that. The biggest issue I had was the lack of communication from Montway to the dispatched carriers. My carrier was changed three times, which is fine and didn't bother me, but Montway did not effectively communicate these changes to all the carriers. I ended up getting calls from several different drivers on the day of pick up so it was very unclear who would actually be picking up my car. Overall, my experience was fine and the goal was achieved, but it could've been better.
