I ask to see the windshield and they show me the windshield and it's not a Pilkington it's a XYG Chinese knockoff. We decide to leave, enough time wasted. I call Nathan to find out what's going on at 10:02 AM, he tells me he is going to find out. My wife finally calls him after no returned called at 10:45am he still has no answer. My wife is upset and chews him out, rightfully. He calls me at 10:50am and still has no info and expects me to take his side against my wife then he decides to tell me he is canceling our appointment of 1st thing in the morning at 11am. Do not use unless you want to be charged for a premium windshield but get cheap fragile glass instead, if I didn't request to see it, this would have happened.
