Received some top notch service from the man Torrey here at this location. Helped us set up our account. Gave great and helpful insight, and now we are members with Midfirst. The one in the bank is nice, a very welcoming establishment that we look forward to visiting for our banking needs.

A majestic fireplace in the main area.

If already didn't have a bank I would move. No joke. My experience for notary services was unbelievable. I popped in the other day per recommendation of a neighbor. I had heard notary services were available to non-members. (The nearest location of my bank is aaaaallll the way in Peoria. 17 miles away. So, no.) When I opened the doors I initially thought I was in the wrong place. It felt like an architect design studio. But no, the smiling receptionist assured me I was, indeed, in a bank. She also confirmed notary services were available and waved me over to the teller area. I still had a feeling of disbelief that I was in a bank when I walked over. A) Everyone seemed to be having an incredibly good time. (It was the middle of the day and I felt like it was happy hour.) B) I was greeted like the second coming of a VIP. (Mean while I was slumming it in a pair of shorts.) C) The interior of this place only got better. (Just you wait.) D) Everyone that works there is movie star beautiful. (Not that this is relevant to customer service. JUST A FACT.) I was directed to sit in the couch area to wait for the notary. I sadly only had a few minutes to enjoy the plush couch that swallowed me with love, the fire place and the high ceilings. I snapped a few photos but really did not do justice to capture the beauty of the space. Stunning. If I could live in the space, well, yes, that would be nice. VERY NICE. The notary. Hoh my. He's possibly the nicest person. Ever. It's very difficult to write words to describe a customer experience that goes above and beyond...anything. I don't even have the papers that were notarized (is that even a word?) to pull up his name. But I could share the stories we traded. (But I won't - they're mine! :) I didn't want to leave. Him. And then I was a bit stunned that the notary service was free of charge. WHAAT? Yeah. That. [Head Shake] Unreal. Awesomeness.

I ended up with Midfirst out of convenience due to their partnership with ASU and the benefits they offer college students.

Not only has my card got stuck in the ATM. It has also deactivated randomly. It was crazy when I was depositing money due to the heat& this ATM. Not only did it freeze it did something that they couldn't explain it deactivated my card even though on the app it said it was just fine. It was wild actually I cried lol. I'm so tired of seeing people struggle and panic because they can't get their card. They can't get their money out of that ATM. It's absolutely ridiculous. They were just fine before they replaced them with some fancy modern nonsense that is heat sensitive in the desert. It is 110° with the sun beaming down on your computer screen, honey. It is not gonna work out. Please fix this. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to panic every time. I need to deposit some money or pull some money out that my card might get stuck. And if you do not bank of Bank of America, don't use this ATM because if it eats your card, they basically probably won't answer the phone that you usually don't. I seen a lady there literally crying because she couldn't get her card out and I told her it happened to me just recently it keeps happening. It will freeze and then leave your account wide open and then you have to stay there for as long as it takes for it to unfreeze it is diabolical come on Bank of America whoever program these ATMs needs to go back and really be serious right now. Why would you install heat sensitive ATMs in the desert is wild to me??!!!!
