The moble app and the website has a terrible UI. They changed it again and it won't accept anyone's ID's or passwords. Then I went to call them but the woman on the phone kept trying to get me to buy a voucher worth $100, for $5. I kept asking for support or management, and she said that she would be the only person to assist me. I informed her that I was calling the number on the footer of the website offering for assistance. She interrupted me every time I spoke, then she yelled at me that "no one else is going to assist you," declined from getting a manager, then she hung up on me. I called again and have been on hold for for 15 minutes, and there is a recording that is offering me a loan and trying to get the person on hold to do breathing exercises, then it tells me "if you need a human, that's what we are here for." It is ridiculous! So much of my credit history is tied to you so I am afraid to go elsewhere, I would literally pay money to be able to take my history elsewhere. You are the 2nd biggest financial let down of my life. I have to drive 40 minutes to get to a branch.
