This place is a good pizza shop. I feel the prices aren't crazy. It's not my favorite pizza flavor wise but definitely good enough to eat. We have ordered from them a few times & will continue. This time around we got a buffalo chicken blue cheese pizza. Let me say this first. Price was I got what I paid for. I also am very picky & spoiled w pizza. Especially my buffalo chicken pizza. This one did not do it for me. The chicken was shredded through the pizza. Very lightly applied. There was no heat to this pizza & I didn't taste any blue cheese. The rest of the fam. Was happy w it. We also got a pepperoni pizza.( they only have beef I believe ) & we also got a small white pizza. The pepperoni pizza was good. The white was not a hit for us. It legit was dough & cheese. I do know some places call that their white pizza. Me & my family are use to the garlic sauce on our white pizza. The ladies answering the phone on this visit were friendly. We opted for pick up. Just tried for the first time-ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of wings-wings had just the right amount of crisp but I forgot to specify flavor-came plain but still good. Pizza is a Geeek pan style consistent with similar shops in the area-very good! Shop was clean. Plenty of parking, and staff was kind. Tried this place today 3/6/'26 ,never been there before. One of the good local shops around the corner is still being renovated,so I thought I'd try someplace new. I bought 2 Medium 14" pizzas,one with pepperoni and one with green peppers and pepperoni.Peppers were diced up into tiny little chunks (not my fave,prefer rings or thin strips) but they were fresh and crispy/crunchy so that's a plus.Their menu lists their pepperoni as 'Beef Pepperoni', not just plain pepperoni,so maybe it's a bit different than regular beef/pork pepperoni? It was tasty with the usual peppery zing to it. I also got a Large Steak Stromboli with Pepperoni;I didn't try it yet,I just cut it up into 4 pieces,wrapped in foil and threw them in the freezer for a later time. It looked good,though and the shop didn't skimp on pepperoni like most other places seem to; you could see pieces of pepperoni in it when it was cut apart.Pizza shop also puts wax paper under their pizzas,inside the box. That's a big plus,so the pizza cheese won't stick to the bottom of the cardboard box! Pizza was good,not great.Solid 3.8 to 4 out of 5 .Good amount of cheese,and decent amount of sauce,too.Toppings ratio was good--not too much or too little.Quite decent for your everyday thin crust type pizza.Their menu prices were very reasonable,too-- would buy again! The girls working there are very respectful and easy to talk to. We have been ordering delivery from here for months now, and every time the pizza is good. They always deliver on time. You can pay with credit card and tip over the phone. We had them deliver pizzas for my son's birthday party and they came at exactly the time I asked them to be there when I spoke to them to place the order a few days before. I got the Cheesesteak Deluxe. It came with fried onions, mushrooms, green peppers and sauce. This was a saucy, not to be confused with my pending son-in-law Karl Sasse, cheesesteak. It came on a traditional roll. The roll was soft and mushy. I don't know from what. It could have been the sauce or heat or both. I don't know what. It worked for this saucy cheesesteak. It had a very good amount of cheese. The cheese was melted very nicely and touched everything. The extras were plentiful and mixed thoroughly with everything else. It is hard to say how much time they spent on the grill because everything was saucy. I assume they spent a good amount of time on the grill because nothing was crunchy. Ordered veggie pizza here and was thoroughly disappointed. The ingredient quality was subpar to say the least. The tomatoes on top of the pizzas were extremely sour and made it unpleasant to even take a bite. The sauce on the pizza was scarce as well. The cheese seemed lower quality to me as well. I had the opportunity to try Middletown Pizza last night at a Super Bowl get-together (Woo hoo, Eagles!!!) and for such a crazy busy night for pizza places, I have to say I was pretty impressed. The pizza was really good - I loved the crust especially and the cheese and sauce amounts were just right. The regular and buffalo wings were also really good, and came with a good extra chunky blue cheese dip and fresh celery. Received Middletown Pizza's flyer in the mail. My husband and I were excited to give it a try since there aren't a lot of good pizza places in Media and being from Philly, where the pizza is amazing we were excited. Last night was our first try and epic fail. We ordered a Lg Pizza with Sausage/Pepperoni/Green Pepper & Onion. I pulled one piece of the pizza out of the box and as I folded it in half as I tried to eat it, the crust literally broke apart in pieces. I ended up with four separate pieces of the one slice of pizza. The onions were raw which makes me believe they may have added them on the pizza last minute. Also within the first bite or two the contents on the pizza (toppings, cheese and all) slide right off the crust. Pizza was disgusting. We also ordered a chicken finger platter for our little guy. The chicken finger was delicious. However, the fries lead me to believe that they just threw them back in the fryolator again as the fries had been sitting. Please go check all websites, I never post. The fact that I am posting on this site should tell you something that the food was that bad that it literally compelled me to write this review. This evening coworker ordered a party pizza for staff on the J.O.B.....pizza was picked up by staff... staff realizing later( bcs we are at WORK & things happen) party pizza only cut in 12 slices.... staff calls establishment.... originally was going to bring a new pizza INSTEAD they send a cutter to cut the pizza properly...at this point pizza is cold....staffs FAULT that mistake wasn't picked up sooner.... I guess inconveniencing Middletown Pizza Staff!!! POOR customer service in my opinion not the first time. I would never order from this place personally... based on my own experiences... I've been ordering from Middletown for a while now and the last few times they have messed up my order... not in a pleasant way. This particular time was enough for me. As a human, I made a mistake and mistold a part of my order and I asked if they could change it. So I called back within two minutes and the worker told me that it was too late and that I would have to get another order if I wanted a change, all before receiving my order an hour later. I receive my order and this is what is present in the boxes. I am missing extra items that I requested and the food is just no where near where it's supposed to be. The chicken steak has little to no meat in it and the egg rolls are cut up to make it seem like there's more than what it is, looks like a platter of fries. I call the manager back and he says there's nothing they can do about it and that nothing on the screen is showing that my extras were ordered, but the worker clearly stated my order back to me on the phone. In my opinion, they are unprofessional and I will not be ordering from them again. Take my advice and save your money because it will not be worth it. Banging ass pizza and wings yadiigggg. The Hawaiian pizza slaps like crazy and it's always a good price.

I love coming here. I love the hot wings with sweet chili sauce. Salads are always fresh.They are very accommodating if you want anything adjusted. One time they sent me the wrong pizza and were extremely apologetic and sent me a new correct pizza. This happened once in the 4 years ordering. We just switched them out. VERY CLEAN!!!! I work in emergency services, and these guys are strategically located right down the street from us, so for a quick meal they're our new go-to. Best burgers in the area. I'd put them against Wimpy's, but that would be unfair because Wimpy's went downhill a little and cost more. Pizza and Strombolis are very good. Something about the dough that makes it just right. And if you can't decide what you want on or in it, just order the Middletown Special that has just about everything you could want with it. The steak cut fries served as Texas Fries are pretty damned good too. They're always friendly when we call in an order and when we pick it up. If you live or work in the area, give these guys a shot. I used to be a frequent customer at MP, willing to look past the often incomplete orders and dopey girl taking phone orders, but I'm DONE. When I was there last, I ordered a Chicken Salad salad at the counter, and the young woman who took my order, and then my money, moved to the food prep area and proceeded to reach in to the lettuce bin and grab a handful of lettuce. Problem is-- SHE NEVER PUT ON GLOVES or WASHED HER HANDS after handling my money!!! I was so grossed out by this, and called it out to the manager(?) who was standing near me. His response?? He said that the woman was making a salad for herself (as if her dirty hands wouldn't be touching the lettuce used for customer orders). The manager didn't see why I had an issue (duh- thanks for your attention to basic food prep hygiene) . So I got my money back, walked out and won't be back. We ordered four pizzas from MPAG recently for our son's birthday party. They were delivered in a timely fashion and were gobbled up by the kids in a delightful manner. I must say the "giant" sized pizza was the tastiest of the bunch. They were also very friendly, both over the phone as well as in person during the delivery. The person who answered the phone boasted about how great the quality of food was, which was particularly offensive since it was not even good, nor even adequate. Low quality, no taste. Fries were really extremely cheap quality (tasted like they were made of "potato-like paste"), and the price was ridiculous for what we got. We threw the fries out after eating two of them. That is pretty bad. We liked Georgio's, the restaurant who was bought by Middletown Pizza. Middletown Pizza claimed they changed nothing, but that is not at all true. Huge let down! We we're excited to try/support a new pizza place but were met with very blah quality & absolutely no flavor to our whole pizza order. Pizza is a thicker crust but yet somehow very flimsy & too doughy. We got their white pizza, cheese pizza & pepperoni pizza and all had absolutely no flavor or structure. Today we ordered from Middletown Pizza as we have for many years using Slice. The service and treatment I got from them was abysmal though. Ordered two platters which were supposed to include fries. I got home from picking it up, (WE live outside of the delivery area), to find no fries. I called them up to explain what happened and was immediately met with it's not our fault, you have to go through Slice, a middleman service they pay for. I explained I just wanted the fries and was told you didn't order fries in which I replied yes, we ordered the platter. I was informed we weren't charged for them so they didn't make them even though he read back the slip and specifically said platter. No phone call was given to me or a heads up of this issue when I picked up the food, nothing. He kept accusing me of trying to swindle free fries after I stated on multiple occasions I'd pay for them. I was upset at the inconvenience of not being notified of this issue, and his immediate standoffish attitude when I tried to explain. In the end it wasn't their fault, it was the fault of the 3rd party ordering service. It's ashame they lost a long time customer over 2 orders of fries. read more

Never again will I order from this mediocre pizza place. We have been reoccurring customers since we moved to the neighborhood.. tonight, we decided to splurge and order dinner. They left an item that we paid for out of the delivery. I called the restaurant to let them know and the girl says, "well we're super busy I'll call you back" and hangs up - doesn't ask for my number or offer a refund or delivery for the already paid for item.. I call back and she puts a manager on the phone who also communicates the same message - they're busy and do not have time to deal with a customer who already paid and hand up on me again. Literally, the most unprofessional exchange I have ever had. I have worked in the service industry for years and can't imagine EVER treating a paying / returning customer as if they don't matter and the item they paid for is forfeited since they screwed up. Order here about once a month because they are the closest pizza shop that I can place an online order. I usually order through Yelp, and pay through the app as well. Unfortunately the convenience isn't always trouble free. A few months ago, I ordered online and paid online, but when the delivery driver came, he said that his records showed that it was not prepaid, so I paid the driver. After he left, I checked my bank account and saw that I was indeed charged for the original order. I called, and the driver returned my money, so that was resolved. But I recently had another issue when I ordered a pizza online. My girlfriend went to pick up the pizza, and when she got home, I noticed that the pizza did not have any of the toppings I ordered/paid for. I called the shop, and the girl who answered was clueless, and transferred me to her manager. The manager said that the online order was not processed correctly to the kitchen. I asked if they could deliver the correct pizza, and I would return the original because the mistake was their fault. He stated that I would have to pay for delivery if I wanted that. When I said I didn't want to pay delivery, he said that he could discount me in the future. He never gave me his name, or any coupon code. All he said was that he worked nights..... I only order from them because of the convenience, and the food is average if that. Not worth it anymore. read more

Great pizza shop with good food and not just the pizza. So far everything I've tried has been really good as well as the service I've experienced in the store and from the delivery drivers. The pizza itself is made a certain way that I really like it's sort of like a mix between a style of hand tossed and deep dish. Place is also run by 3 Greek brothers who are really nice I found out from the owner that most of the veggies are local from up the street and all the meats are deitz and Watson which is also a plus for quality. This pizza shop refused to replace the pizza we ordered. We ordered a xl cheeseburger pizza, which comes with ketchup and fried onions. The pizza came with pizza sauce. I took two bites of the pizza and realized the taste was off. I called and spoke with "the manager" who was very rude. At first he stated that the pizza had ketchup on it. Then he states he doesnt know because he just got there. I explained that the pizza did not taste the same and requested a new pizza. He states I will have to bring the old pizza out to get it replaced. I told him that we tossed the pizza in the dumpster outside of my job the since it was not good at all and we expected a new one and the only slices that I could show to prove that it was wrong were the ones on my plate. He stated that if I couldn't show him the full pizza that he would it replace it. I understand that you want to make sure that we didn't eat it, and I offered him to look inside of our trash but that I was not picking it out of the trash. He still refused to replace it and said that if we ate any of it, it couldn't be replaced. I have never had an issue with this place before but this was completely unacceptable. All of my coworkers order this pizza and none of us got to eat any of it because it was made incorrectly. read more
