I do recommend their work but their customer service needs to be better and about 4 months in using their services we were late once for payment on accident about 2 weeks late on our payment instead of just giving us a certiousy text/call. Kevin send me a text wanting 2 weeks of pay for the service and he is canceling for the rest of the month and will start again next month. Like really your gonna punish us lol. That's not how you do business and we never did you wrong, we've always had a good vibe. So my mom paid them early for the following month. And they never came out. our lawn was over grown and recalled him, he didn't get back then Kevin texts me back saying his truck broke down and we were okey with that and says he will be out the following day and never came. We had to call him, which we never got anything back and text him. And he told us service is canceled and gave us our refund. But don't know why he had to do that we had a pretty great relationship with them ?? But okey haha it was kinda a jerk thing to do My mom calls him a jerk over text cuz he lied to us and told us that we are lucky to get a refund for work that never been done. Then he personally dm's me on yelp telling me he fired me I don't work for you you work for me! You just quoted. I received three quotes, and although this team wasn't the cheapest, they stood out with the best 3D design, clear proposal, and solid warranty. They were middle-priced but top-quality all around. Four years later, I noticed a few lights were out and a couple of minor chips in two of the pavers. I reached out, and they didn't hesitate to send a crew to take care of it under warranty. That kind of responsiveness and pride in their work is rare these days. The driveway still looks amazing and truly makes my home stand out. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for long-lasting, high-quality work!

He came, did the work (which was fine) but broke the hinge on the side gate to the yard. I have made MULTIPLE calls and sent text messages to him about getting it fixed. The first time, he said he had a job in the area and would swing by to fix the gate then. He never came. After that first conversation he has just ignored every communication from me about fixing the gate that he broke. Who cares if you mow a lawn well if you damage something and refuse to fix what you broke? I had planned to set up a monthly service, but no way would I consider that. Beware.

The good: Punctual Finished before deadline Nice concrete work The bad: Quoted one price, made promises about what we'd get, John sprung additional "over budget" costs at the end, despite the fact we discussed these items when we got our initial bid. Sneaky. Damaged my stucco in several areas; had to keep calling for them to repair. Repair is not even complete. Never heard from them again. Plants are spaced wonky ..... for example 2 flower bushes are close together and the third is another foot away, looks silly. Shade tree placed in yard is not centered on the hole that was dug, so the border looks crooked. drives me crazy!! Gate does not match fencing and it looks like crap. No really, it looks bad. Why have a non matching gate?! The gate is dog ear fencing and the rest of the fence is wire with framing. Space under gate was filled with random extra bricks instead of a kick board. Again, looks bad and lazy. They quoted us for 24x24 stepping stones only to get cheap ugly 12x12 stones. Also, at least 6 of our plants have died in the year since they landscaped. BOO!
