Pleasant experience. Found my truck here by doing a nationwide search. Came to an agreement on pricing over the phone with Jordyn. He was great! Flew in, Jordyn picked me up at the airport. We drove to the dealership, signed the papers and I was on the road headed home in a reasonable time. Only fail on the part of the dealership in my opinion was that they wouldn't fill the tank. It was on empty and they would only put in 15 gallons in (about half tank). Not even about the money, but just the principle. I had traveled a long ways to do business with them and had an 8.5 hour drive home and Jordyn's supervisor wouldn't let him fill the tank... although Jordyn tried. He got his supervisor to agree to a half tank. Like I said... this isn't about $60 in fuel. Its principle. Sell your vehicles with a full tank of fuel. Simply putting this here because It's the little things that make customers feel appreciated. The extra things are what it takes to get five stars. Overall, they were great to work with and Jordyn was awesome! Not sure I will be a return customer simply due to distance but if I were closer I would be a return customer. read more

AVOID, I just moved to Twin Falls and needed to take my truck in for some recalls and extended warranty issues. My FORD extended warranty provides a rental vehicle if they need to keep the truck past one day, however they said that they don't cover that at this dealer and I would need to contact the company that sold the extended warranty (FORD), this is very troubling and as a ford stockholder I will be communicating with Dearborn my experience and how that impacts other ford owners as well. I strongly believe that all ford dealers should comply with Ford's warranty requirements or lose their franchise! read more

Bought a clean work truck from them and couldn't have been happier. The truck was as advertised and vey clean. I'd definitely by another vehicle from Soloman there! He did everything he said he would in a timely manner and was excellent to deal with. Their finance manner Devin even found me a nice discount on my already low pre approved interest rate. This dealership uses false and misleading advertisements in their classified advertising of vehicles. I responded to an advertisement and only at the end of negotiations did they tell me that without using their financing or trading in a vehicle would I get the advertised price. Also, nowhere in the listing was there any mention if you pay cash there is an additional two thousand added to the advertised price. This is entirely misleading and simply false advertising. Truth and character still matters in this world and this dealership is sorely lacking in both. Unfortunately arrogance is the only way to describe their conduct. I had a B&W hide-a-ball and spray in bedliner installed the same day. I could not pull the handle on the hitch and had to take it back twice. 3 of their technicians looked at it and told me I needed to grease it. I took it to Mt Home Auto Ranch and the technician there figured it out within seconds of looking at it and had it fixed within an hour, and it wasn't with grease. Middlekauff didn't install it right. The bed liner is sprayed so thin and has actually torn. They refunded me the cost of the bedliner instead of just doing it correctly to begin with. Definitely won't be going back there again. read more

Well thank you for selling us a lemon!!!!!!! We had gotten the "Ford EXTRA CARE, and extended warranty, yeah its bullshit! I barely got 600 miles before my 2020 Ford Expedition Max broke down. And you kept telling us that the did 160 point inspections. REALLY???? As we were stranded on the side of the interstate in 115 degrees! We called roadside to then tell us we weren't covered. Uhm yes we were, we fucking paid for it!!!!!. Then we forked out $180 to get us some help, only to be told that they wont help us. And then hung up on us. So we called Middlekauff and was told to leave a message and someone would return our call. Seriously! We got a freaking TEXT! from the kid who sold us the car. Are you kidding me! I had to call a towing company to get us towed who could only take three people. So my sister and the twin infants where towed. At 5pm I walked the 3 boys on the side of the interstate in 115 degrees for 3 miles. We were 38 miles from the nearest gas station. We did not make it. I made the decision to go on a dirt road and sit on the road and wait for my sister and the twins, to rent a van to come pick us up! Midnight it was still 95 degrees and we finally were able to get off the road. So we got a hotel to wash up and cool off. Only to get the run around with Middlekauff. This place is a joke and will not ever buy from you and I will be sure that word get around town. read more

Avoid these clowns. I contacted the dealership numerous times regarding a Range Rover in used inventory. I was contacted by Mark Stray. When we spoke by phone and I asked questions about the vehicle Mark knew next to nothing about it. He promised to follow up later with responses to my questions. Mark emailed later saying he learned nothing more than what was on the website. Not helpful. I then followed up with a detailed list of questions over email and asked if Mark could send those questions to the service tech who conducted an inspection on the vehicle. I heard nothing back. I emailed again and asked about the vehicle and Mark texted me a screenshot of a road test report that answered almost none of my questions. I told Mark via email that, even though there were no service records and that Mark could not answer basic questions about the vehicle, that I was ready to buy the vehicle pending an independent inspection that I would pay for. I asked Mark how I could wire a deposit to secure the vehicle while I made arrangements to have the vehicle inspected locally at my expense. Mark never responded. To make matters even worse I received one of those automated "how was our service" emails from the dealership's sales manager, "Darin". I wrote back what happened as in the above. I received no word back from Darin but did get a pissy email back from Mark basically telling me to bug off. No apologies for how I was treated, no apologies for their lack of response. Just a petty message saying that the info I had was all I was going to get and that they would not hold the vehicle, even with a deposit, while I got the vehicle inspected at my expense. I would have to rely upon their own inspection, which you can see from all and 1-star reviews is the last place I would trust for an honest opinion about this vehicle. This service department is definitely a joke! We had broken down just outside of Twin Falls while on vacation. I called the service department to see if we were able to have our vehicle towed to the service department so we can have a Ford dealership work on it. I answered his basic questions like " what model?", "what year?", I responded 2007. As I am telling the service writer what had happened he stops me and explains that their policy is they do not work on vehicles older than 10 years because they can't get parts sometimes. Sorry, you have to take it somewhere else he added. This might be just a small town dealership that has weird policies because the vehicle has been serviced by a Ford dealership this year and did not get the same " we don't work on vehicles that are older than 10 years response. read more

We are from out of state and driving home our 2013 Ford truck broke down 1 mile from this dealership in Twin Falls. We were going to have the truck towed to the Middlekauff Ford. We called and explained our situation, we were stranded in a Costco parking lot. They said they couldn't get us in for 3 weeks. I understand they are busy and wasn't expecting them to drop everything and look at it that moment. However for them just to say sorry was super unhelpful and disappointing for a Ford dealership. The guy did provide us with 3 other local mechanic numbers which was nice and I gave an extra star but being it was a Saturday and they are local mechanics they were all closed. Would have been nice if they could have spared a few moments for stranded travelers. read more

if I could go lower than one star I would. the service dept. is the worst I have ever experienced, was told I would have to wait two months to have my transmission looked at, plus I have been in there many times for poor steering and just get shined on with my toe in is off (even though I just had it checked elsewhere days before). was told it was probably my key fob was the problem. I had to go home and check in the mirror I assumed I must have STUPID written on my forehead. pretty bad when you have to drive forty miles to have your pickup worked on and get it in and worked on in just a few days. My husband went today to go get his car factor reset because when he bought his car used, it was a rental car in the past (we didn't know about this) and the speed was locked in to where you couldn't go over a certain speed limit (which can be very dangerous if you are traveling on the freeways like we do going down to visit family in other States)Long story short they charged him for the labor and for a new key and it didn't do anything. Basically spend $300 plus dollars for nothing to be done. To some of you that might mean nothing, but when you are only in your second year of marriage, trying to make it out on your own, paying for school and all the other things life throws at you that money could have gone else where. To say that I am pissed is an understatement. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! They aren't honest, they charge you for stuff they didn't even fix, and the don't fully refund you even though it was them that made the mistake, and they also tried to throw it back on him saying my husband misinformed them about what really needed to be done to his car. Total BS! They refunded us only $100 and something back. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt very compelled in this case. Read this as it'll help you understand what type of people these are. I was driving a Ford Bronco passing through Twin Falls and it broke down. It was undriveable, so I planned to have it shipped to Texas where I live. Alicia at the service desk was very empathetic and recognized my predicament. There was an older gentleman who seemed to be in a top leadership position at the dealer. He was rather empathetic as well. I needed to find a way to get home to Texas and I found a last minute flight out of Twin Falls airport. The older gentleman offered to personally drive me personally to the airport and told me it was no problem to leave my Bronco at their dealer while I figured out what to do. In the last month, I had been working on getting transportation for the vehicle which was super difficult as hardly any auto-transport drivers go through Twin Falls. Alicia and the dealership were super patient with me. These people were not getting any benefit from me or my vehicle besides just helping their fellow man... a complete stranger in this case. Apparently if you test drive a car there and then buy somewhere else, they black list you for warranty issues. I test drove a car in 2016 and now have a recall issue. When I called to schedule it they told me to take it back where I bought it, and not to come back. Wow, considering they are the only dealership in Twin Falls to warranty a Ford, that is terrible. I told them at the time what the other dealer was selling the Ford Escape for and they were not competitive so I did buy at another dealer. Who know that would be an issue for maintenance in the future. read more

My husband and I went last week to their value corner to buy a beater that would get somewhat gas mileage and safely get me to and from work. Our last experience with buying a commuter car for the same price from a major dealer worked very well, but that was back home in Seattle. Unfortunately during the move we didn't have anyone to drive it down for us and we were forced to sell. We found a 1997 Ford Aspire that we felt would do the job, especially when the dealer told us what was wrong with the other cars on the lot and said this particular car would get good gas mileage. Expecting to pay a few hundred for repairs, our mechanic stated there was one cylinder completely out as well as other issues. Bottom line, if we want to get the gas mileage the dealer said the car would get us, we'd have to replace the engine. I just wanted thanks for being so honest with us and feeling so full of yourselves to sell us a piece of sh*t car. read more

We took our 2010 F-150 to have the roller rockers (followers) looked at because the engine was making a metallic ticking noise under load. My brother rebuilt engines for over 45 years and was pretty certain this one one of the possible issues. They checked it out and said it was due to another possible issue, which they fixed for $4919.13. When we got the truck back 3 weeks later it was still making the metallic ticking noise. They replaced some other parts that had wear, but did not fully check out the roller rockers. We took it back and the lead mechanic said the engines all make that noise. Well, they don't. They refused to even consider looking into the issue any farther. We did some homework on the price of the parts that they replaced and everything was marked up 30% or more over the Ford MSRP prices. The average labor rate at Ford dealerships across the country is $75 to $130/hr. Middlekauf is charging $150/hr. I feel monetary raped!!! We will never be back to Middlekauf to buy another vehicle or to do any service. They are ripping people off. read more

I had brought my truck in for a turbo oil line leak and also to get the recalls done. I had requested that they order a part and got an appointment on dec 10, Let's just say 11 days later the oil line finally got done. But none of the recalls had been done after all that time and when the truck was returned to me there was antifreeze, oil an hand prints on it. We purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ from a dealer in Pocatello. We first went to our local Lincoln dealer (Middlekauff) in Twin Falls. We were specifically looking for a Lincoln hybrid. When speaking with the Middlekauff salesman we were informed that they did not have a hybrid. The salesman then tried to convince us to buy a different Lincoln or Ford. I asked if they could arrange to receive one from another Ford-Lincoln dealer in Idaho or Utah. At that point the salesman simply walked away. Several years later my wife took the car into Middlekauff for routine maintenance and an oil change. Upon arrival at the service desk she was ignored by the service manger who was busy shuffling papers and then walked away. About 15 minutes later he returned and accepted the keys to the car and the service was performed. Subsequently an electronic survey was provided, and my wife completed it. She noted that the service manager was not prompt in recognizing and responding to her presence. Several days after posting the survey, a handwritten note was received by mail from Middlekauff management wherein the author indicated that my wife would "perhaps be happier going to Jiffy Lube in the future". We ceased taking the car into Middlekauff for service. Several months ago we received a recall notice from Ford-Lincoln that the car had a potentially defective airbag. We took the car to our local dealer (Middlekauff). The service manager was not pleased that we had purchased the car from another dealer but agreed to honor the recall notice. We picked up the car two days later and found that the car had a small cut in the back seat, the molding on the A pillar was broken/dislodged and there was grease on several areas of the interior of the car. Due to the previous experience with Middlekauff we elected not to return and lodge a complaint. Two days later the airbag indicator light came on indicating an issue with the recalled/replaced air bag. We took the car to a Lincoln dealer in Boise last week. The diagnostic tests performed found that there was a loose wire in the electrical harness under the seat that had probably been dislodged during the recall/replace work done at Middlekauff. Upon returning home my wife contacted the customer service manager at Middlekauff and explained the situation. She was told that since we did not immediately return on finding the damage and grease there was nothing they could/would do about it. We will never purchase a vehicle from Middlekauff or have service performed at that establishment. We will let others know of our experience and will recommend that this facility does not represent the Lincoln brand in a positive manner. read more

Not only did I already know what was wrong with the vehicle (diagnosed) by my own mechanic. Middlekauff called me the next day and told me my vehicle wasn't covered because it was originally sold in Canada! Ok this is a bunch of horse crap. I went to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and they took care of me. I 100% would not recommend Middlekauff for anything! They are rude and then try to charge you for diagnostics that were already done. Honestly if I could I wouldn't give them 1 star at all. read more

I recently purchased a 2011 F150 from Middlekauff. It is a nice vehicle, but I have to say, the company is still nothing but typical used car salesmen. Almost immediately after purchasing, I noticed the rear tail light was collecting dust which I told my salesman about as soon as I noticed. When I went down to the dealership and told them about it they said it would cost around $500 dollars to fix. The crack was obviously there prior because they had put a mark on the spot where it was broken, but it would have been nice to see the company do the right thing instead of passing it on to the consumer who paid the full asking price for this vehicle. I have now bought 2 new cars from the other dealership across town with no problems. If I could give zero stars I would. We took our mustang in because after a routine oil change our mechanic found metal flakes in the oil. They scheduled us an appointment for July 10th. We brought the car in bright and early on the 10th and it sat where we had parked it for 3 weeks. They hadn't touched it, said they had 2 big engine repairs ahead of it, though they schedule it for us to drop it off on the 10th. On the 4th week they moved it to the back but said they had a transmission job ahead of it now. We were trying to be patient but using one car was becoming quite a pain, my husband called our warranty company to see about getting a rental only to be told they couldn't approve a rental because they had never been sent the pictures or anything needed from Middlekauf to get the claim going. So my husband called and Middlekauf told him they were just waiting to hear back from the warranty place, when my husband told them what the warranty place had said, they changed their story and said they hadn't done that yet cause their tech had jury duty. My husband told them I would be in to pick up the car up and they told him I couldn't because the oil pan wasn't on the car. My husband instructed them to put it back on and then they again said the tech was out then they said they would have to call the warranty place to see if we should even be driving it. So we took matters into our own hands, told them to put all the stuff that goes with the car neatly in the trunk, and we had it towed. They failed to put all the parts in the trunk and kept our skid plate. When our car was finished a couple weeks later at Goode Motor in Burley they again said they would have to get back to us on the skid plate because the tech was out on jury duty. Finally today I went to get the skid plate put on, I was there for an hour when they told me at max it would take them 30 mins. The tech came in several times, the 1st couple were him saying he couldn't find the skid plate then they didn't have the bolts, which in all fairness were at the dealership in Burley. When I told them to put it in the trunk and I would take it to Burley to have it put on the tech put some of it in the trunk but rather then folding the seats down, he put the dirty skid plate, in the backseat, resting on one window and laying across the leather seats. I went out to the parking lot, pulled it out of the car laid the back seats down and put it in the trunk myself and drove to Goode Motor in Burley where they so kindly put it on. I will not return and I will warn everyone I know of what they are getting themselves into if they deal with this service department. Every interaction with them, they made us feel as though we were putting them out so we will gladly not do that anymore and just take our business else where. read more

Called to see if I could get in to get an oil change, they said sure but there would be a few cars in front of me. When I arrived the man behind the counter said "there is no way we are getting to you today, just so you know" so I asked to schedule an appointment. I scheduled it for Monday. I arrived 15 minutes early. It took them over an hour to do a tire rotation and an oil change. When I paid and got into my vehicle they hadn't washed any windows, done any vacuuming or cleaning of the vehicle. I called and asked the gal at the front desk, she said that is not a service we offer, then transferred me back to someone else, they said "yea of course we do that, I don't know why it wasn't done bring it back around and we'll fix it for you." So, I did. another 30 minutes and I should have just gone and done it myself. The attitudes of the staff and the service was done very poorly. read more
