I was interested in purchasing a vehicle remotely and from the start Alek was very responsive, without any pressure to purchase, and very accommodating to my requests. Once again Middlekauff has exceeded in failing. Years ago I purchased a car from the Ford dealership, which was a terrible experience. After purchasing a Honda elsewhere I thought I would give their service department a chance. Of course the greed of the business outweighed the desire to build loyalty and provide a great customer experience. The car was taken on for an oil change and then they promptly proceeded to try and upsell, which is fine to an extent. However, they stated an air filter was needed which I agreed upon. The filter cost $37 the labor install was $39. Are they not already under the hood working? $39 for a job that probably took all of five minutes. I must be in the wrong profession. But this will definitely be the last time I ever use or refer anyone to any Middlekauff dealership. read more

We were traveling thru Nevada when the shifter button broke. We were able to make it to Twin Falls where David in Parts, Isaac in Service and Alek repaired the car in quick order and got us back on the road. Great guys! Great service! And we even got a tip for a family owned restaurant, Emma's Cafe, which serves authentic Bosnian cuisine, something we had never had before. The most dishonest people you'll ever meet in your entire life. There is one kid in there who will shoot you straight, and he usually has a tobacco dip in his lip, which I don't think it's very professional but he is about The only decent honest person in there. I was so convinced that these people were dishonest, that I took my car to another mechanic in town who has been around town for 20+ years and I convinced him to come over to their shop with me while I take my car in to get looked at, mind you he had just looked at my car and all of that and so I just wanted to prove that they would find anything wrong with the car. And they did, this mechanic was so shocked. Of course we did not reveal that he was a local mechanic booked out two weeks at any given time, very trusted, very respected. If you do decide to take your car in there, in the lobby area is a door with a window on it to where you can watch them I would highly recommend you watch them because what they will try to do is take their sweet time to run your bill up. if I could go lower than one star I would. the service dept. is the worst I have ever experienced, was told I would have to wait two months to have my transmission looked at, plus I have been in there many times for poor steering and just get shined on with my toe in is off (even though I just had it checked elsewhere days before). was told it was probably my key fob was the problem. I had to go home and check in the mirror I assumed I must have STUPID written on my forehead. pretty bad when you have to drive forty miles to have your pickup worked on and get it in and worked on in just a few days. If I could give a minus star I would. I'm 74 years old. I took my 2004 Honda Civic to have an oil change. They gave me a checklist of MUST DOES of $1,868. I then took my car to Tony 2T and all that had to be done was $194. Two weeks later I receive a recall notice for the passenger airbag and I took it to Middlekauff. They took 20 minutes and did the recall and again gave me a list of MUST DOES. I always took my car to my dealership in California and trusted them. NOT HERE. Tony 2T gets my business. read more

I have bought many cars over the years and this was far-and-away the worst process ever...they take dishonesty to an entirely new level. You know you are dealing with a bunch of crooks when, at the last minute and after they have already taken the down payment, they suddenly discover they "made a mistake in the calculation" of your payment and it is now $75/month higher than was agreed. I worked with Dameniel Owens and he was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We traveled from Boise to Twin Falls to make the purchase and I dont regret having to travel that far one bit. He is more than a salesman we now consider him our friend. Everyone from the Manager Aaron Johnson, Rick Long and Dameniel all were wonderful to deal with. Their finance department were great and made he whole transaction painless and fun. These guys are amazing. I was driving from Seattle, WA to Tempe, AZ when my compressor blew on my AC in Twin Falls. I arrived at the dealership a half hour before they opened, but was greeted warmly by Lance Bixler, the Honda Parts Manager, asking what he could do to help. Not only did they quickly let me know the problem with my car and that they would be able to fix it that day, but Lance also directed me to a nearby park and made sure that both myself and my dog were comfortable while we waited! Awesome customer service! Really turned what could have been a horrific experience into a really great opportunity to see the beauty of Twin Falls and meet some great people that work at Middlekauff Honda. I needed some help with my Acura today but there is no Acura dealership in Twin Falls so I stopped by Middlekauff Honda to see if they could possibly help me and they were more than accommodating. I couldn't have asked for better service from Lance Bixler. He was able to get my car in immediately and was super friendly during the whole process. They got me fixed and out the door in no time. They replaced a battery and programmed a new key for me and did it at a fair price. I was also greeted by a young salesman named Josh.
