The filter cost $37 the labor install was $39. Are they not already under the hood working? $39 for a job that probably took all of five minutes. I must be in the wrong profession. But this will definitely be the last time I ever use or refer anyone to any Middlekauff dealership.

I'm not just another guy complaining about how I didn't pay my loan and they took my car, although I've read some of these other reviews and it seems they'll weasel you the same whether you have a title loan or buy a used car in cash. 2 hours after I bought a car from Progressive it broke down on the freeway from an overheated transmission. They offered to fix it for me since it broke down the same day, and as they argue that is more than they were "legally obligated" to do but it's no more than they were morally obligated to do. 2 weeks later they tell me it's fixed, and give no info on where it was taken, who had it, what was done, nothing. Just "it's fixed". So I drive the 3 hours back up to Idaho, and only make it 8 miles further down the road before I overheat once more. Again they take it back, 2 weeks more go by and they tell me it's fixed, and that this time they're going to bring it to me. Now I never actually saw them drive it, for all I know they had it towed down here to a hub and drove it five minutes the rest of the way to me; I honestly don't know how they got it down here - but what I do know is that now the engine sputters and shudders just at idle like it's going to die any second, it can't change gears at all and revs at 3500-4000 rpm's, it won't even go in reverse, and it overheats after driving for only ten minutes. A month after I buy a car and I can't even drive it, it's just an expensive piece of scrap metal sitting in a parking lot. So I ask to talk to the mechanic that worked on it, see what was done and if a warranty would be provided. The answer to that? A flat no. After a month of assumed "fixes" by Progressive, I now have a car that is worse then the first day I bought it. So yeah, I think that's pretty suspicious, don't you? Seems like sawdust in the gas tank type of salesmanship to me, a car that test drives fine but breaks down 30 miles down the road once everything's signed and done. They may reply here to this review about "as is" and "sorry to have done business with you" but as the person reading this review I want you to think about what kind of car buying experience you want to have.

Made my payment except for 50 dollars threatens you every month if you dont respond to text messages from a private cell phone. Repeatedly turns the car off if you dont pay oneday early. they tell you in text are going to embarrass and humiliate you on purpose in public. Then do so. It's not worth the treatment

Special thanks to Lizet, Brandon, JT, and Jaydon We found our dream vehicle, got approved, built a full deal with our trade-in, and showed up to sign -- only to find out it had already sold the DAY BEFORE we ever expressed interest in it. The GM apologized and we genuinely appreciate that -- but we have still not received a resolution. My advice to anyone shopping here: make sure the vehicle is actually sitting on that lot BEFORE they run your credit. I hope to update this review with a resolution soon.

We had no idea ... so we drove all the way back to the house to get the cash to release the truck from the deliverer, as he doesn't take credit card, etc. Truck Ranch completely lied to us and went back on their word of TOTAL DELIVERED PRICE!!!! Whatever you do, make sure you get them in writing to everything you agreed on, because they refuse to reimburse the shipping fee that they coordinated and agreed to include in the purchase price!!! Do the right thing Truck Ranch! You owe us $600.

I did buy a car in less than perfect condition, and they were honest about the condition of the car. There was nothing they tried to hide, very honest about everything. They were even able to deliver the car to me, and this process was taken care of in the time that they stated. They may have less than perfect vehicles available for sell, but from my experience they are very honest. They also have vehicles that are in better condition, I was looking for a specific car, and not concerned about the work involved to fix a car, even if the car lot didn't think it was worth fixing up.
