Then, once they have you targeted and intimidated, expect to be charged the most for the least. Since their business model is sloppy/casual there will be plenty of room for issues/disputes at the end. He said that he was all booked up until Monday. I explained our situation and then I think he must have took pity on us. He told us to drive on over. When we got there, they took care of us right away. I must say that I was very appreciative of the fact that they didn't laugh their tails off after they figured out what was wrong. I had accidentally put the truck in 4-wheel drive! And the liquid that was leaking? From the condensation on the air conditioning unit of course! Maybe they laughed at us after we left, but they were true professionals while were there. If I were a local resident, I would definitely go there for all my auto care needs!

They just charged her 268.00 to quote her 9000.00 worth of things that needed fixed. And did nothing else. DO NOT send anyone into them that are not mechanic savvy in the slightest. They will take advantage of them!
