The driver admitted he had not seen me and gave me his insurance information to repair the damage. His insurance provider, USAA reached out and gave me two auto and body business numbers to have the work done, I called and they told me to bring the truck in for an estimate. I went to the business and noticed there was one car there. The employee came out and evaluated the damage, giving me an estimate. I didn't feel comfortable with this place so I decided to look them up on YELP. They had no reviews and just by seeing that there was only one car there I decided to get another estimate with Idaho Collision. I looked up Idaho Collision and they had 5 reviews...not much BUT they were all good reviews. I guess I am just use to Southern California, we make sure to do reviews, so that others can make wise decisions. When I arrived at Idaho Collision, the owner came out and gave us an estimate. His estimate was a little higher then the business we had been sent to but the difference was Idaho Collision was going to completely replace the panel with a new one and the other place was going to bondo the panel. I was sooo happy with his work and the final result. I would highly recommend this business for any kind of auto repair. I do not have pictures of the finished work.
