My husband went in to Tony's 2 auto to drop off his truck for an oil change today ,got a phone call from Tonys shop asking if he wanted and air filter and a cabin filter because there was no cabin filter in were is supposed to be , my husband told the person that called him wait a second last time I brought my truck in you guys called me back and said that the cabin filter and air filter were ok so what's going on someone didn't check the filters last time or what and just lied about it and charged him over 200$ for putting the filters on so he had been driving with his truck for a few months trusting that Tonys auto shop took care of him the first time pretty messed up. He didn't even get an apology, very disappointed of our local business will, not be doing business again with them. read more

What a nightmare! They told me to bring my car in on Tuesday morning after 8:00 am for a brake inspection. It was there at 8:30 am. Tuesday went by and no phone call. Wednesday at 9:00 am after hearing nothing from them I called. I was asked who I left my car with? The receptionist I answered. Oh, Let me go find it was the response. After a few minutes I was told he would take it in and check it out. He took my phone number even though it was written down on the key chain tag. At 12:30 pm I called after hearing nothing, He said I tried calling you. I said I never received any phone calls. He checked my phone number and found that he had written it down wrong, Once again, it was written on the key tag correctly. I informed him that they were referred to me by my step Dad and highly recommended, but I am not happy about not being told I would have to leave my car overnight, He responded (That is out of my control) rudely. No apology. To the tune of $750 for my back brakes being fixed and 2 days without my car and not one phone call from Tonys. I will not be back. I even had to call them to find it was done. It was fixed and brakes work good but not worth the all the trouble. Hard to find parking, Disorganized, rude and not trustworthy. Not again! read more

I was driving my daughter's car out to Oregon and of course when things go wrong, they tend to go terribly wrong. This shop was god send just when I needed some help on my road trip. The day before I was on 1-80 in Wyoming pass driving in the middle of the worst snow/ice storm in September, lol. Cobblestone ice lettered the interstate along with multiple disabled 18 wheelers and didn't think I was going to make it over the Pass. After practically ripping the bottom of the car off from the ice I made it to Twin Falls Idaho by the end of the night. As I filled up with gas and checked under the hood, I Found my Power steering fluid reservoir low. One peak under the car revealed the source of the leak. I called it a night and heading to the hotel. The Next morning, I drove to three shops only to be rejected because of the number of backlogged projects currently on their racks. I ended up at Tony's 2T Auto and they saw me right away. The Mechanics found the source of the leak and luckily it was just a hydraulic line. They fixed the line and I was back on the road in less than an hour. The Shop was clean and professional plus the office Manager "M&M" was extremely friendly. I would recommend this shop if your ever in Twin Falls Idaho. Definitely five stars. Thanks Again too Tony's 2T Auto. You rock. Tobin. read more

I bought a monthly car wash pass for the last 14 months. I haven't got my money's worth because I don't go in enough. I have maybe washed my truck 20 times. Only four times I got the wax that I paid for, and literally there has been some aspect of their wash that wasn't working every single time. The passenger side spin brush hasn't worked for two months at least. Then they jump in and start drying that side and rubbing in the dirt that didn't get washed off. read more

I took my car in a year ago to have the power seat checked and they put it back together wrong. The seat heater doesn't work now and it did when I took it in and it's all falling apart- I have to tuck things in and put pieces back on every week. Every time I get into my car, it reminds me of what a horrible job they did. I do took my daughter's car in at the same time and they charged me for a repair, but her car was making the same clunking noise afterwards. We had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. As we were traveling to twin falls our car started to over heat. We were in a real pinch with it being a holiday and not having any extra days to spend in twin waiting for our car to get looked at. The second chance I gave them today was the last chance. The car wash staff are unfriendly and act as though it is a pain to provide the service they are there to provide. The drivers side brush does not work and the passenger side pre-rinse nozzles didn't apply the rain coat product, as in the nozzles do not work. The attendant who "dried" the car was using a cloth the size of a wash cloth for my entire car, when I told him the brush is not working he interrupted me and said "we already know it doesn't work". Terrible service and a terrible product, topped off with terrible attitudes from all 3 employees I interacted with. read more
