We had a problem 4 days into our 100 day cross country trip First, our conversation with Kenna was professional and detailed. She even called back to clarify a detail that she realized could have been confusing. Rather than leave it to be possibly misunderstood, she made the effort to clean that up right away When we arrived for the appointment, they remembered the situation we were in as described two days earlier, and kept good on the commitments they made over the phone. Jon Shell coordinated everything for us. He even crawled under the rig to see if he could make an easy repair. Although he couldn't fix it on the spot he zeroed in on the culprit. He got the team to give a proper diagnosis. Brandon, Tydron, and Mark Egbert worked together to quickly diagnose and work on the fix. Jon gave us an ETA for completion. I came back 5 minutes before, and saw him on the phone calling me. They had just completed the job. The motorhome was not quite "ready" for me, so Jon made sure everything was ready so I could drive away. I have spent my entire 40+ years working in customer-facing jobs. I know how difficult it can be to have a team do things right. But that is what Bish's does. I watched close to 10 people working well together. This doesn't happen by accident. There is an attitude from the top down that cultivates this. If you are remotely close to Twin Falls, consider making the trip to get the job done by an honest team you can trust.

My 2000 Lincoln…read moreContinental had severe overheating issues which were caused by a leaky head gasket which let air into the closed coolant system resulting in constant air locks blocking the coolant flow. This became exaggerated when head gasket sealants were used as a quick fix and plugged off the radiator and the coolant passages in the engine block. After numerous overheating events of the engine, I was ready to take the car to the "car grave". But Tom talked me into trying to salvage the car. Tom explained that the engine (4.6 L Intech V8 engine) was one of the better engines built, and with the car in relatively good shape it may be worth it to evaluate the salvage ability of the car. So, they tore apart the engine, and Tom came up with an ingenious way to dissolve the "engine repair" blockage in the coolant passages in the engine block from the stop leak chemicals. After rebuilding the engine and replacing the head gasket properly (one had been improperly replaced in the recent past) and replacement of the radiator and the water pump, they returned my car to me in excellent working order. It cruises on the highway and maintains a steady low temperature after miles of highway driving. I must mention I don't think I could have found another mechanic which I could trust to work on this complex engine and get good results. And Tom did the work for a reasonable cost, but it did take extended time with the complexity of the fix. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what issues he was facing in this challenge.

I called Tom Tillitson in the beginning of February when the motor blew in my Jeep and said I had…read moreit listed for sale, no title for parts and it had 2k worth the brand new tires and he said he would buy it. He told me it would be a week or two to get the cash together to not have that happen. He wanted to chase down the title as my Jeep was in my son's name and that if he was able to get it he would be able to buy it outright and not have to part it out himself because he wanted to rebuild it into a toy. This was not the deal, he was suppose to buy it himself to part out or find another 4x4 and trade for a vehicle and cash, he did not honor the agreement. Each week turned into a month and then still four months later, every promise he made that he was waiting for money or that his house closed and he was then waiting for that money to cash me out never happened. Everytime he said he'd call me back, he didn't or if I called her send me to his voicemail and then after leaving messages, he'd still not call and my texts went unanswered as well. If I was lucky enough to get him on the phone, it was one promise after another and he never honored the agreement we had, instead he started changing the terms without me being in agreement and now he's basically screwed me out of a One of A Kind Jeep. Because I got upset after 4 months of continued runaround, he tells me now I'm responsible for the towing to get the Jeep to his shop and for an engine cooler from years ago that HE Himself didn't bill the Warranty because he forgot and expects me to pay for that as well before he wants me to now pick it up which are totaling over $1000. The part that makes it worse is that he had parts equally over $1000 that didn't get installed and he took more than half of that money towards the engine cooler that he didn't bill correctly. There was also an auto claim worth over $10k that parts and labor that were paid for were never installed on the Jeep that he's kept the money on and was never returned to me. This is NOT how Good Business is done and I'm getting screwed here for a decision he made himself and by not honoring the deal we made has left me in hardship due to the fact that I was suppose to get another reliable vehicle and cash or simply all cash for me to buy something. I am Disabled and Handicapped and have not been able to go to the Doctor, haven't been able to schedule Scans, or the necessary procedures I need done since he took my Jeep and never paid me for it. Tom Tillitson should be ashamed of himself, preaching faith and how good he has it, well no wonder when he screws his way to the top while not communicating with you to what he makes his plans to be

I told him the details of what had happened and asked about towing. He told me I would be fine to just start it and drive it to him. They had me diagnosed and the thrown belt replaced before lunch. They also spotted an A/C problem I hadn't noticed and spent a couple of more hours diagnosing the source of the problem. They could not find the part in town and I didn't want to wait till the next day. He showed me the part I needed and where to order it online. He also told me how to put it in myself if I wanted to. He refused to charge me for the two hours because they did not fix the problem. I argued it was my choice not to wait, not his failure, but he still would not charge me.
