On a Friday afternoon. We called all around town and were thinking we would be stranded in twin falls for a few days or weeks--until we reached Rick at Lammers Truck Center. He graciously stayed open a bit late so we could get towed there and then worked after hours to get us back on the road. We were in the perfect position to be taken advantage of, but Rick was honest, straightforward, and when I continually, profusely apologized to him he would stop me in my tracks and say "That's why we're here." He was also one heck of a mechanic, fixing our issue in less time than expected and charging a very fair price. Truck and auto troubles are not fun, but I can't help but think we were fortunate to have the issues we did when we did, otherwise we would never have found Lammers and some of the best service we've ever experienced. Brought my vehicle in for new tires, alignment, and an oil change. Took about 2.5 hours to get back…read moreon the road. Got home and walked around inspecting my new tires and noticed that they had removed the custom valve stems replacing them with what looks like some old junk, I called the manager of the store and she told me that they dont replace those kind of valves, (basically calling me a liar), then she invited me to bring it back that they would replace the stems with some shiny ones...that smacks of arrogance. I have not started my vehicle for a few days went out to use it today and noticed oil stains on the garage floor never had trouble with leaks before but there it was oil leaking. Now I have to go to another repair shop to have it looked over...chaachhiinggg...Find somewhere else to do your business...hell I don't know if the u-joints were greased on the drive line. In closing it doesn't seem to bother the management that they have thieves and liars working for them...

They did a much overdue tuneup and oil change and repaired a problem with my headlights. They went the extra mile and polished the headlights that had turned yellow with age and I didnt see a charge for it on the invoice.  Truck is now running like a top! She was at a loss and seemed so frazzled and overwhelmed that she didn't have knowledge our a/c questions. There are many mechanics in town no lying on their FB page. Nearly ALL the reviews we checked were all the owner's friends. They never called us back after she hung up. We left a kind voice message on the phone. On their FB page. They ran diagnostics on the Jeep even though they were swamped with other vehicles to determine it was a battery issue. They had a replacement battery ordered and installed within an hour.
