Got home and walked around inspecting my new tires and noticed that they had removed the custom valve stems replacing them with what looks like some old junk, I called the manager of the store and she told me that they dont replace those kind of valves, (basically calling me a liar), then she invited me to bring it back that they would replace the stems with some shiny ones...that smacks of arrogance. I have not started my vehicle for a few days went out to use it today and noticed oil stains on the garage floor never had trouble with leaks before but there it was oil leaking. Now I have to go to another repair shop to have it looked over...chaachhiinggg...Find somewhere else to do your business...hell I don't know if the u-joints were greased on the drive line. In closing it doesn't seem to bother the management that they have thieves and liars working for them...

This place is terrible! I bought a transmission for 1000 dollars, had it shipped to me and have…read morehad nothing but problems with it. It came incomplete first of all without the torque converter which every transmission comes with. It was taken apart and put back together improperly, damaging the seals. Also, they stripped out several bolt holes in the transmission where it needed to be put back together. This is a 10 hour job to do because the engine has to come out to replace the transmission. There is no way I could have known they took it apart and put it back together wrong until after it was installed. So, I had to do the job twice AND fix all the stripped out bolt holes as well as replace the broken seals and all the fluids. I called them and they were unwilling to pay for my time and the additional parts. I would NEVER buy parts from them again and don't think anyone else should either!!!!!

Ended up jumping my van and sending it through the night to Twin Falls, where I parked in front of AAMCO, took a little snooze, and waited until they opened. I walked in as the shop was opening and they got to my van immediately. They tested and determined that it wasn't my battery or alternator, and that it actually was my battery terminals that had gone bad. Didn't try to gouge me or sell me something I didn't need. $20 in and out the door in just over an hour... & I'm back on the road.

I called Aamco and spoke to Kevin Mon. morn. and explained our situation. He got us in immediately. He had us back on the road Wed. with a new part in the trans that had to be ordered. Checked out the whole trans and fluid analysis and said it was in great shape. When i was walking out to get the truck I noticed water leaking underneath, scared me! Until I noticed my dirty old Ram had been washed too! Hand washed! Oh... and the cost was very reasonable! Thank you Kevin and crew!
