Broken panels, improperly installed panels with screws breaking corners. Water pump does not appear to work. Solar controller was supposed to be ordered in January at time of repair service request and send in to Twin Falls, Idaho location. Service manager unreachable and does not reply to calls or messages. Solar controller finally ordered THREE MONTHS after request. Improperly installed battery wiring with poorly terminated wires, which are back out of terminal connectors. Broken supports for panels and seating area. Batteries installed in unit are not compatible chemistry with installed solar controller resulting in improper and unsafe battery discharge and recharge. This thing is a complete mess and the service department in Twin Falls is not helpful, prompt, or has any care or concern for customer service. I need someone to actually repair what needs repairing, and to replace the poor wiring which is a fire hazard. I need a solar controller that works with the Li-Fe-PO4 batteries that the sales department upsold me on and didn't confirm compatibility with my unit for. I need someone to fix the panels that are broken and have cracked corners. I need the internal wiring behind the solar controller THAT ARE TERMINATED and unsafe to be replaced. I need this RV to be usable, as at this time, it is not. Avoid this clown shoe outfit at all costs. Because it WILL cost you.

Whoever answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. He indicated that it would usually take 30-45 minutes to complete the service. So I figured I'd take it in the following morning when they opened at 8am and wait for the service to be completed. I've had good auto service and tire shop experiences before but nothing like this! First, as I was pulling in to the parking space one of the service techs greeted me at the car and asked how they could help me today. I thought this might have been just a coincidence of the exact time I pulled in or something but as I waited in the Lobby I watched another customer arrive and was handled the exact same way. Now that IS 5 star customer service! The lobby is clean and even has a window counter with stools and USB charging ports for customers that are waiting. The service was completed quickly, probably less then 30 minutes. It included a visual inspection report for tires, brakes, alignment and suspension. A true 5 star experience. My nieces husband handled the original transaction on the new tires which I assume went similarly since he recommended this tire shop. What I can say for sure is that the price was competitive. The added value of having a tire shop very close to my Moms home that doesn't make me cringe at the thought going there is priceless.

Hole in the oil pan. My wife called around to get a tow off the mountain. Jason accepted the challenge (no one else would attempt going up there!) Jason took his son, along with his Jeep and they towed the car to a suitable location to attach her car to the truck. This all happened on a SUNDAY!!! Thank you Tri County Towing for an exceptional job of a difficult task. Highly recommend!!!

I was traveling through Mountain Home area from Louisiana when a fuel line started leaking on my…read more2012 F250 diesel a little before 8 am. I was able to drive it to this shop. A mechanic on duty informed me that he had a used line on on an old motor. He pulled the line off of the old motor but said his boss wouldn't let him work on my truck until he finished a "locals" truck and then that would be a maybe so. I asked if I could buy the line and change it myself. The owner then stated that he wasn't sure he wanted to sell the line. I called the FORD dealership and they got me one out of Boise by 2:30 in the afternoon. I ended up changing it myself in a parking lot but the owner could have saved me a lot of time and could have replaced the line with a new one the next day knowing he wouldn't need that line. If FORD hadn't had the means to get me a line in 6 1/2 hours, this man would have had me sit for an extra day because he didn't want to sell someone 1,800 miles from home a used fuel line. The mechanic and receptionist are great and really tried to help.
