I bought a 2023 Yukon Denali from Rob Green this week and it was the worst auto purchase experience I have ever encountered. I purchased the SUV for $86,452 online. I live in MT and have purchased all of my vehicles out of state for the past 8-10 years with no major hiccups. I called before I arrived to make sure all was in order. The saleswoman told me the car was ready for me. When I saw the Denali it was nicely washed on the outside, but the inside was filthy. Had not been cleaned. Also all of accessories that were stored in the rear cargo area were missing. Never did get them from the dealership. I will say though the paper signing went very smoothly. As I was leaving the lot I noticed that the gas tank was completely empty and showed only 37 miles left. They had to fill it up for me. Said they had forgot. I left the lot and half way home I attempted to wash the front window only to see the red notice on the the instrument panel say to add wash fluid. Unbelievable!!! I had to stop and purchase a gallon. Then when I arrived back in MT I discovered that the saleswoman had given me the wrong spare key. She said the next day that they found the correct one and would send it to me. Honestly folks you can't make this up. Very sloppy and those responsible really dropped the ball. Their numerous apologies met deaf ears. I guess when Rob Green says when you buy their vehicle "as is" they really mean it!!!!!! Needless to say I am done with this GMC dealership for my future purchases of GMC trucks and SUVs. I am responding to the generic response from the sales manager. I did finally receive the spare key and mailed back the wrong key. What about sending me all of the missing accessories from the rear cargo area. Also the operating and maintenance manuals were not in the glove compartment. I am sure that I will just get another generic response. So much for treating customers properly!!!! read more

I just wanted to put this out here. They gave us the round about for 2 weeks. We came in looking into buying a newer car. We knew we wouldn't have the greatest credit but did have a solid income. The 2 of us being my wife and i. We went in, feeling like a wasted two hours looking into a car. Credit check, pay stubs check, everything checked. It was late we agreed to wait until the following week. The sales man and i stayed in touch. Sent more pay stub as a confirmation. As of today, Feb 24th i respond to a text. These are the few text. At 4:00 was told there was a deal being wrote up and make sure we have the money for the sales tax. of course we did and took the cash out of the bank. Fast forward to 2 hours later i sent out another text stating if there's not deal let me know so i don't sit on my seat. 30 minutes prior to them calling i asked for a phone call with my salesman and never received. The whole point of me writing this out was because i know being young it's more difficult to get a newer car and we knew that going in. but being ignorant and ignored and told that a deal was good but never giving a would yes or know is frustrating. To give a future buyer this kind of treatment from grown adult is ridiculous. We're both adult but this dealership is completely childish. Never received a call, never received any further feedback. I would not recommend this dealership and i would have never even heard wasted our time if i looked through the current reviews first. Make sure to have any used cars you purchase here checked out well before you buy them. I purchased a used car here and the transmission went out and ended up having all sorts of other issues just 3 months after I purchased it. Unfortunately, when I contacted the dealership about this they were not willing to work with me, but offered me half of what I owed on the vehicle, if I got it fixed first. Also, make sure that any extra warranty you purchase through the dealership that you ask them if there are any caps on the amount that the warranty covers, as this was not disclosed to me either. read more

Took our car to get serviced with a perfect windshield. When we were driving to the airport, just an hour after we picked up the car, a huge crack began to develop in the windshield. It is now halfway up the windshield. It was obvious that they dropped something on the windshield, just right below the windshield wiper, and they said nothing about it. We called them to inform them about this and they condescendingly said that we had zero proof and that their workers are honest. They said a rock hit our windshield, which didn't happen. Besides a rock couldn't have hit in that spot. Then, they proceeded to tell us that it isn't that expensive to get it fixed. They lost our business and never will return to their service shop or buy a new car from them again! read more

Towed a car here for maintenance. Let's just say it broke down within the hour of dropping a good grand. We were supposed to get the car started, and drive out of town. When the car didn't start, we were assured by the maintenance team that they would get the car up and running. When the car broke down, it was Saturday night, and they were closed Sunday. With a deadline of having to be back in California by Monday... we decided to caulk up our money loss to this is a crappy crappy dealership and maintenance department. Scam artists. I should have realized this when they sold my relative the same car that had continual problems for years. At least in California they have the lemon law. My advice..... don't spend your money here. Awful place, they're just straight-up unethical. My father-in-law bought a 2011 vehicle here, an expensive one. They advertised it as a "Limited" version and he failed to confirm when looking at the car. After he bought it, he took it home and realized it wasn't a Limited. On the phone they assured him it was. He had to bring the vehicle in and prove to them it wasn't a Limited - which they finally admitted. However, even though this all happened within 24 hours of buying the car, they wouldn't do anything about it. This place is a scam, stay away from them. read more

Horrible, horrible experience. Inquired online about a truck and got a call back right away and made an appointment to go see it. Went in the next day, drove it, liked it and went in to see of we couldnt get it. We gave them all our info and were sitting at the table waiting and I guess someone else wanted it as well because as we are sitting there waiting for numbers to come back another salesman jumps in it with another guy for a test drive. Usually if its parked up front its off limits....right? Nope. Not here. They say your first in line but its not sold "yet" so they let others test drive it too. Ok fine. So we watch the guy pull up in the truck and the salesman asks for his insurance and licence just like they did with us. Then we watch them go in and sit down and start playing the numbers game just like we are. This is on a saturday. We are told banks will not be open till Tuesday. We check with our salesman monday and he claims they are working on it and the guy knows how he wants to present it to the bank in the morning but will not tell me any of the details. Wait...isn't this deal about me? Shouldn't I be able to know anything about it? We wait till tuesday and call the dealership looking for the salesman we were working with...no answer...voicemail. Call cell phone...nope...nothing. Text...wont answer back. Tuesday night we go to mountain home auto ranch and in 2 hours have a truck. No bull shit. No games. And while I was on the phone with the bank they asked me didnt u buy the truck at rob green??? Wait a minute. I was approved far enough the bank thought I bought the one at rob green? Yet they wouldn't answer my calls or call and let me know? What a joke. Will not ever go back. Will never recommend these idiots with no morals. The customer service just keeps on giving! In response to my Yelp review, I received a phone message from the manager of the service department wanting to "resolve the issues" that I had with my less than stellar service on my Pontiac G5. I have returned her call no less than 5 times over the last month (leaving voice mails and messages with the office staff) without any response from her. Thank you, it just reaffirms what I wrote in my last review. Really, go anywhere else to buy and service your cars and trucks. We have purchased 2 cars and a pickup here and we won't be back. read more
