The first call that initiated my continued business with them went smoothly and they were upfront with estimates and- through my doubts- the team calmed them by giving me some beautiful digital renditions of what the job could look like when done! I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
