I had…read morejust had 3 new tires installed at another Discount Tire while the 1 tire that did not need replacement (since I replaced it 1 year ago after a flat) somehow found its wheel cover missing after I just drive the car to another appointment. My guess is that in re-airing & re-balancing the tires, perhaps the Discount Tire in Escondido did not put the old wheel cover on the 1 year old wheel back on as tightly as the 3 new tires that just used the same wheel covers from the old one. Anyhow, now I have 3 back up wheel covers from O'Reilly in case anything else mysteriously flies off, and many thanks again to Jaime for the complimentary service even triple checking my new tires and their wheel covers too!

I was told car should be out in 45mins, since I had an appointment. That's the usual wait time I got from my previous appointments. I chose to wait for the car. I got the link to the status at 1:23pm. 2:00pm had passed, and I still didn't get a text saying my car is ready for pick-up. My car was still on the lot. Gave it 15 more minutes, and still nothing. That's when I talked to Patrick. I showed him the status of my car, and that it pushed out my drop off window to 3:00pm(image attached). He checked what happened, and he told me somehow my paperwork was not put(or flagged) as an appointment. He said as soon as they're done with one of the vehicles(Tesla), my car would be next. Around 2:25pm, I saw my car on the bay already. Then at 2:40pm, the car was ready for me to pick-up. Now, I'm hoping the correct tire rotation procedure was done, with how quick it was done. I just hope this gets corrected, as luckily, I didn't have anything important to get to after the service.
