You have to be careful when trying to find a mechanic. Keep in mind that if you don't have a vehicle with issues, they will not get paid. It is always in the best interest of a mechanic to "find" something wrong with your vehicle. I found this location because of a Groupon alert. I'm always willing to give a mechanic a try. I was only going for an alignment, but asked about other services. Cliff notes: * If you find a better price, they will match that price. * They will show you on your vehicle what they think needs tinkering with. * Friendly staff. It's a mechanic shop. I went here to get an oil change with a Groupon cost $44.99 with free tire rotation. I was charged $89.99 because I was told I have 0W 16 oil which was a lie. After calling the dealership, I was told I have 0W 20 oil. I was told that the oil is very rare and they double charged me for the oil change. I strong do not recommend this location and the manager was the one who did it. I called another location just to ask how much would a zero W-2 oil change cost and I was told there regular price is $59.99 what a bad way to do business. I will never return. read more

I had gotten an alignment here several months ago and purchased a maint package on sale at the time. So I made an appt for today for an oil change and alignment check but was running a little behind. Thomas was super understand and polite on the phone and in person when I arrived. It was a short wait even on a busy day and one tech. Went in to get my breaks flushed out, and I was in and out. They are fast and very friendly. I stayed outside to see how they did it and the Machanic was nice enough to explain everything! This place is a totally Scam, my friend had a paper coupon and got an appointment, he asked them if the coupon is valid - they said yes, and when he took his car, surprise the tender wanted to charge way more. Last Friday I got a groupon-coupon this week and when I called them they asked me about that coupon so I took my car, they completed a form and then when I was waiting for the oil change they guy say It cannot be honored but will cost more. Such scam to bring customers in, they should tell every customer that they wont honor any coupons o. I will be reporting them at Groupon too. Don't take yout vehicles there. read more

I really wanted to like this place and wanted to believe they were being upfront with me, but the last experience lead me to believe otherwise. I spent 3,500 here in less than a month first fixing my brakes then my air conditioner. Well after spending nearly 1,200 on the air, less than a week later it was going the exact same thing. I brought the car back in, the repairs were under warranty still. Well they tell me it's a hose now and it will be an additional $800 because they can only get the part from the dealership. Something didn't sit right with me about this so I took the car back and made some calls. Turns out the part from the dealership was only $150 and could be fixed for about $300 including labor. I am unsure if this was the problem the whole time with the air and it was a $300 fix vs the almost 2k they were going to charge me. I should have done my due diligence from the beginning and gotten a second opinion on all the work they did before I spent all that money. I'm now saddened and suspicious they took me for a ride. read more

My first red flag should have been the person over the phone being unable to tell me the type of oil my car needs when I gave him the year make and model. A simple google search told me exactly the code/numbers (5w-20 synthetic). Every other time I have called a mechanic and told them that same info with the same question, they are able to assist me easily over the phone. So I'm unsure of these new age mechanics that seem to not know a EV versus a gas car. I am having issues with my car where it will stop after me making a right turn, and to me, it seems to be an oil issue. But I'm unsure of what the issue is. So I brought it into a mechanic. The store manager seemed incompetent and stated that for the purpose of the Midas name, they won't touch my car and to take it to somewhere that doesn't care about my car- like "Take Five" .. isn't that ironic? So you don't care about my car at all, but I should take it to someone who also doesn't care? I said "so I'm at the mechanic? And the mechanic won't..'mechanic'?" So pathetic. Also? The Midas name? Now the Midas name is basically curse word in my household. And I will tell every single person I come across that the Midas name/brand isn't to trusted, and I will never recommend it. I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to tell me what is going on and to fix it. They seemed to not know anything about their job. How can you call yourself a mechanic and not fix anything? They didn't do a full inspection, they didn't offer, and they said my engine could blow up bc of an oil change. Instead of them pinpointing the issue and providing a diagnostic test. I am currently at Caliber Auto Care. The customer service already is 100% better. They offer to get you an UBER to where you need to go. I'm supposed to be at work right now, so Midas wasting my time like that was extremely frustrating. Caliber will be providing me with a full point inspection accompanied with photos and remarks made by mechanics so I know what is going on with my car. Midas is not to be trusted. Their mechanics learn from TikTok, and don't know a can of paint from a car. Don't trust this place. Spend the extra funds and get your car taken care of by people who actually care about their job, your safety, your car, AND the company. Midas does not care about the public at all. Do not take your car here! I went to have my brakes checked out and they quoted me $400 for the front and brakes , $500 for the back brakes. Also also told me I needed a new radiator and that would cost me another $900. When I took it to a different mechanic, they charged me $275 for my front brakes 275 for my back brakes and they told me I did not need a new radiator but just a radiator hose which is going to cost $120. read more

I took my truck in for breaks and I was the only customer and my truck was the only vehicle getting work done and the mechanic that was working in my truck took a lot of breaks he kept getting on his phone for 10-20 minutes the front desk guy told me it would take 1 1/2 for the work it took the mechanic 3 hours to do my breaks and that's because I went to the area where the truck was and the front desk guy told the mechanic in sign language to get off of his phone I had to stand out there the hole time for my truck to get done smh. read more
