Found a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation, which was around $50 and I thought was a decent deal I got called into work at 4:30am on the day of my original appointment so I called and asked to reschedule. When I showed up at the time they told me the next day, they said they didn't have me on the books, so I had to return AGAIN another day. Arrived for my appointment and they told me the techs were GOING ON LUNCH! AT my appointment time! It took nearly two hours for an oil change and they did not even do the tire rotation until I asked them to. This is also the very first time I have EVER had an oil change and they did not even attach a sticker with the mileage or type of oil they used... Recently brought it in to the fuck it up factory twice for different issues. First was a rattling around the top of the engine. The front dest guy Alberto told me 100% changing the mounting bolts would fix the issue. The next day I took it back the technician said he was told the problem was vibration and pointed out the rattling was a small issue I could fix myself for maybe $25 instead of the $1800 I paid for labor. Second I needed my oil pan replaced. It costed another $1600. I knew it takes more maintenance for what it sounds. Whatever. But they gave it back to me to where I had to immediately turn around after I drove it off the lot because it was in terrible condition. After giving them a third day to fix it I called in the late afternoon for an update and Alberto said they haven't been working on it bc they were busy like it wasn't a priority bc I paid the day before. I don't know how this place has 4 stars. Let me start off by saying their operating hours do not operate at 8 am. You guys need to change your hours to 8:30 am since your workers don't know how to get to work on time. You guys have paying customers waiting outside for who knows how long. They show up whenever they want to show up. That's BAD business to begin with. This is everyday as I've came here twice and notice they don't care about their customers. If you purchase Groupon. BEWARE!! You will get pushed back a month out just to get your quick oil change. Unless your like me and show up at 8 am and try to get in because your car needs the oil change ASAP. Mind you they will not tell you when your car will be ready hence they have so many Groupons and cars they are working on. They tell you this so you can take your business elsewhere. Which I will now. My car was ready in about 3 hrs. Now this is the worst part. They talk about they take great care of your car and run diagnostics to see if they find anything etc... that's why it takes awhile for them to do oil changes. They are not the quick 15 min oil changes. When it clearly says that! Anywho I'm driving my vehicle and I notice a boom under my car, I'm thinking it's the next car to me and it wasn't. Thankfully I was close to home and sure enough it was my cover that was dragging on the ground. What a joke! I got a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $35 - which was a steal! Customer service was crap, Alberto couldn't be bothered to get off his phone while I waited at the counter and the other agent was on the phone. Finally got assisted, with an attitude bc I didn't want to provide my address for "promotional mail." My appointment was at 3:15 (I arrived a little early), the car didn't go into the bay until 4:08pm and I finished at ~5:20. I JUST had my Honda serviced by my trustworthy mechanic in June for my 90,000 mile service and everything was changed, topped off and inspected. No problems!! Got told (by Alberto at Midas) "we didn't really find nothing wrong with your car except your brake fluid is contaminated." Then on the receipt I noticed I, apparently declined ... a timing belt, a water pump, brake fluid exchange, coolant exchange and a fuel induction system! Lol ... won't ever be back! read more

Amazing service. My went to another Midas last year and had the absolute worst experience. I had to go back over and over in a period of a month to fix what they did to my car. Now 1 year later my brakes were (again) squealing and vibrating. This time I went to the Midas on Convoy because I read their great reviews. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue (correctly) in just 3 short hours, and they even brought me over to see what the issue was so I understood what needed replacing. If you're looking to do a synthetic blend oil change with the online promotion of $30 honestly don't waste your time. I have a 2017 Toyota and I've always had the choice of which engine oil I wanted with Valvoline, but with Midas they told me I had to do a full synthetic no other options.
