I usually love going to Jiffy Lube because they're quick, efficient, and always get the oil change done without any hassle. However, this last visit left me feeling taken advantage of. I don't know much about cars, and during my appointment the technician not sure if it was Jerico, kept pushed me to get my tires rotated. He didn't clearly explain why it was necessary or mention the cost upfront. Since he brought it up multiple times, I felt pressured into agreeing only to later find out it was an additional $30 charge. When I went to pay, I saw the $30 charge for the tire rotation, which hadn't been clearly communicated to me beforehand. After the service was already done, he explained that tire rotations are recommended every 30,000 miles. This information would have been helpful before the service was performed. I have fairly new tires only about six months old so I didn't feel it was necessary, and I definitely didn't appreciate feeling pressured into an upsell. I know it's only $30 but it's the principle of him purposely misleading me. I'm disappointed because I've always had positive experiences here. This time, though, I felt taken advantage of. My advice to others is to ask questions and make sure you understand the pricing before agreeing to any additional services. I normally enjoy coming here, but I don't appreciate feeling misled especially at eight in the morning while I'm enjoying my day. read more

Jiffy lube is known for its lightening fast oil change but something has to be said about their customer service. I have not tried this location but decided to check it out for recent oil change. A female associate was very pleasant and went over each charge with much attentiveness. Every step of the way was communicated (when oil change was done, when the fluids levels were verified, etc.) later it was determined that my coolant was low due to my car being hybrid a special coolant was needed. After I went to auto parts store and came back, Daniel assisted me within 2 minutes with no questions asked. He too was very pleasant and assured me that as a customer I always get comp refills when I bring my own fluids. Exemplary customer service - thank you. I will see you after 10k miles. read more

I got my oil changed here a few months ago, I've came to this location for my last 2 oil changes and today I looked under my car and noticed they added some sort of putty, they know they stripped my bolt and I wasn't notified. Now I have to buy a new oil pan and bolt and get it replaced, I pay 110 dollars to get my bolt stripped? read more

He gave me lots of options and I drove right over and sure enough Omar was the first person to help me got me in and out of there within 20 minutes even with there being other cars being serviced. Great experience! I like my regular mechanic, however having them change oil is unfortunately an all day event...drop the car of at 8:00AM and return at 5:00ish to pick up. I decided to go with these guys for the convenience of a 20 minute oil change and I was pleasantly surprised. A really friendly staff and very professional.
