Where do I begin??? Rick and the gents over at this location were top notch, first class service from the parking lot upon my arrival. I was met in the parking lot before I had even locked my vehicle by Rick who wanted to know what he and his team could assist me with. Being in a huge hurry this was a pleasant surprise!!! Once we went over my needs, a oil change at the stated price he instantly ushered in one of his staff to bring my car into the service bay. I told him I was in a hurry and needed to be out in a half hour or less. If possible. They all agreed that it wouldn't be a problem. He also promised that the price would be as advertised - no last minute add ins, which there weren't any. He also took the time while the car was being serviced to let me know I needed new tires which I know I do. He put together a great package price including many rebates and discount coupons. Being a gay man and from out of town I assumed they would try and take advantage of this situation somehow but much to my very happy surprise they were all complete gentlemen and the price was as stated. So in closing Rick and his team were beyond amazing, polite , professionals and got me out of there in under 11 minutes. You can't beat that anywhere. So huge thanks Rick and Co. Don't be fooled by the friendliness of the employees here. They want to turn you upside-down and shake you til every last penny falls outta your pockets. I brought my car here in February because my power steering fluid was leaking. They replaced a couple lines for $600. Four months later, my power steering fluid is leaking at an even faster rate (not saying it's their fault), but I brought it back to have it checked out in case it was. They informed me that the problem was not the lines that they replaced, but the power steering rack was rusted and had to be replaced along with my exhaust system and that it would cost me $2400. I know saabs are expensive to fix, but $2400?! That's outrageous. So, I took the car to a local mechanic back in my hometown and they said they could replace everything that Midas said for $1400. A whole grand less. Not to mention Midas charged me $36 just to diagnose the issue whereas most places would check out your car no charge (especially if it has to do with what you just had replaced on your car with the company). No...just no, definitely wont be coming back. read more

UPDATE: So about three weeks ago I made a visit because my headlight went out. And then they told me my headlight, plate light, and another light went out. So I got them fixed and paid everything on that day. Well next day my coworker tells me that my headlight is still out. I work 40+ hours Mon-Fri at a company let me tell you. The only time I was able to go back was next Saturday. Because they didn't check their final work the first time, I had to waste my 2.5 hours to get one headlight fixed on a Saturday. And then they proceed to tell me my blinker light went out. Now, I have complained that my blinker has been weird since I left that place before I even knew that my headlight didn't get it fixed. They told me that the blinker light was not touched and that my blinker lights are weak. I mean, of course "coincidentally", my blinker light decides to die down right after I leave that place, right? The employees are indeed very friendly, but the work quality sucks clearly. I've had a god experience with them, but that was solely based on the customer service I guess. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I honestly want to cry because I am so happy about the service I received. My car has a radiator problem and it was going to be about $1000. But I was under certified warranty and hopes that I will be covered under that, though the warranty probably wouldn't have been applied if it wasn't Rick from Midas. Rick wanted to talk to one of the guys who work at where I bought my car from, and highly recommended that it should be covered under the warranty. Now, I am "only" paying about $200 ($50 for Midas inspection, $50 deductible at my car place, and $79 for my headlight problem). I am a female college student who is saving about $800. I would say that I could have easily been taken advantage considering of my age and gender. Rick could have raised his sales but yet he cared for his customer. I have never had a shop go so far in making sure I was satisfied with the outcome and that I was leaving in a safe vehicle. This included having the manager and other staff stay an hour and half past closing on a Friday night and eating the cost of some parts. I even got a follow up call the next morning to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I know others have complained about the service, I did not experience this nor did I see it with any costumers who were there during my wait. read more

i have been there with a couple of my cars and could not be happier! 1) my girl friend had an old lemon that keep breaking down, we took it and got everything fixed for a fair price. Car broke down a second time they fixed it at no cost since the work was still under warranty. they showed me that the car had a bigger problem that they could fix but would cost a couple more hundred dollars, but there was a chance the car would break down again! A couple days later the car gave in one last time and we got ride of it. They could have told me that if they fixed it one more time (take our money) and everything would be fine BUT they were very honest! 2) took my car to check a noise under the car! turned out just to be a lose muffler they fixed it for a fair price and didn't even charger me for an hour or work! Again very honest with me!!! 3) have taken our cars for inspection always fast and give you time to get repairs if the car does not pass. read more

Midas is now my go to place, and it should be yours! Jameson and Rick were the absolute best! I couldn't have asked for better service! Jiffy lube had placed my oil filter in my car the wrong way, and It leaked throughout my whole undercarriage spilling oil everywhere. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube, Midas took care of everything and more! With Excellent customer service and workers who actually care about the people and the cars they are taking care Of! Midas on mineral spring will now be my go to place for all my oil changes etc! I now feel safe in my Volkswagen and not to mention Midas has cheaper prices, and excellent customer service! Harry who also cleaned my undercarriage that was covered in oil was excellent and had no trouble cleaning my car! I took my car here recently for a 2nd opinion regarding my muffler. It had broken and I was told at another auto repair shop the only option for me was to replace the entire thing for a cost of $500 including parts and labor. I was also told at the other shop that it had broken most likely due to rust (my car is a 2012 so I thought this unlikely). Midas, in particular Joe or Jeff ( I can't remember his name for sure unfortunately), was super nice and knew exactly where my muffler had broken and that it was a fairly common thing for my car type ...and this was just over the phone before I had even gotten there. Once there, he looked at my muffler and were very good about showing me and explaining to me where my muffler was broken and why it's common in my particular car. (Mind you I also noticed there was NO rust on my muffler as I was given the courtesy to look for myself). He gave me the OPTION to replace the entire thing or have it welded for a much cheaper price of $110 as well as giving me the pros and cons of both options. He was also able to fit me in to fix it right then and I have had a much quieter car ever since. Much appreciated, thank you. read more
