My dad has been a customer for years. I have a family of my own now, two boys. I love that Midas has there own reasonable financing, hard to find with local shops. I have tried a few garages in the Nashua NH area. Worst mistake letting to many people work on your car for the lowest price. I always ended up using dads card at Midas to fix the actual problem. Amherst street and DW locations work well together alternating workers for demand. I had a check engine light this year that kept coming back. when inspection came Midas was able to solve the problem. After I had seen the dealer twice with no sticker. Midas was very accommodating I must of been there 5 times in two weeks. with my kids running around in circles. Midas had a bowl of lolly pops i could sit them down with and even change the channel to a cartoon in the lobby. Bill and Carl work great together Bill called me two days later after i got a sticker to see if the light stayed off for good. He also stepped up with the mistakes along the way trying to fix this light. errors that his coworker had done. Tyler forgot to schedule my follow up appointment or order the part i needed. After spending 5 hours with him trying to reset the check engine light driving a 100 miles to ready the computer. When it came time for my appointment Bill was back with no idea i was coming in. He ordered the part rite then and there and asked If i could come back tomorrow. The owner of the store called me back after a complaint to corporate. BIll fixed the problem the next day. I had a part of my exhaust ripped off while driving and needed an emergency repair. My stepfather put a temporary solution for that day and i figured going here would be a quick and easy because my college is across the street. Dropped the car off at 7:30 and texted me at 9 that the car was ready. Cool right? Nope. I got charged 175$ for a 30minute welding job when i picked the car up. I was shocked to hear it but i didnt give a damn because i needed to get to class. I didn't do the math but, that comes to around 350$ labor rate per damn hour. What the ****? I'm a student and i commute to school every day, granted the car is an old 2008 dodge, but if i went to my regular mechanic that's located half a mile from my house i know the labor rate is 75$ off the top of my head. Do not go here end of story. EDIT: I REALIZED MY DASH CAMERA WAS STILL ON AND WHAT IM SHOCKED. JOB TOOK FIVE MINUTES TOTAL AND EVEN TOOK MY CAR TO THE LOCAL SEVEN ELEVEN STORE AND GOT FOOD. UNBELIEVABLE. EDIT AS OF NOVEMBER 1ST 2019: I just received a full refund for the service, this however does not change the review that i put and i will not take it down. I do not know what happened to the mechanic who took my car in. tldr: exhaust needed a weld and got slapped with 350$ labor rate for a small job. Came time to need an inspection done on my vehicle, and I went to Midas because a friend told me the staff were honest and not out to charge me for things i did not need. I waited for the vehicle while a tech named Brent did the inspection. My car is a 2005 and passed inspection. I spoke with Brent who told me that some things would need to be addressed sooner than later or they could cause problems for future inspections. I am not sure if the staff changed or not based on previous reviews, but these guys are honest and work hard to do the job right the first time. I've found my service station! read more

This is my second time at the Midas on DW Highway in Nashua. Different service people but the SAME super service! I have a new car and am very nervous they explained everything they would do to change my oil which is fully synthetic and the first time I've gotten it done. I keep coming here because of the awesome service with great price! I can see everything they are doing. I will never go anywhere else than this place! I recently took my truck in to get the oil changed and have the drivetrain checked. The tech, Ryan Densmore, did a great job explaining what he found and what needed to be corrected. Being on a budget, I really appreciated how he listed the jobs in order of importance and gave me an idea of how to plan for the expense. One of the items was a new set of tires and the manager helped me pick out the appropriate tire and gave me a coupon for when I book the work. Great store staffed by great people. read more

Brought my truck in for an inspection recently, the technician was very helpful and informative. Brought me out to show me issues with my vehicle that I was not aware of. Also not the pushy salesman type, fixed what was required and didn't scare me into other repairs that weren't required. Dave and the mechanics were the most helpful, honest, and knowledgeable people I have met. After being lied to by a competitor, the mechanics took the time to explain to me how to measure tire tread so I would not fall victim to the dishonest competitor across the street who was trying to force me to buy new tires to pass inspection. I went to midas for an estimate on my exhaust leak after the dealership was going to charge me almost $500. I was taken in right away, shown an easy way to fix the problem and walked out with an estimate hundreds of dollars less than I expected. I have used Midas for many years on of all my cars. I find the staff here to be very helpful in locating problems and getting me in without appointments. When I do go I always ask for Ryan. This review is for the Midas in Nashua on 101a. Don't fall for their advertised $25 state inspection. You give them $25 and then they give you a 10 page printout of every single thing wrong with your car that they would be happy to fix for thousands of dollars. Most of what's on the list are things that are not needed to pass state inspection. is a scam. read more
