At the Floral Park location I was greeted by the manager Jimmy upon arrival and had the door held for me, which exemplified both customer service and courtesy. In addition to that ; they didn't try to upsell me any unneeded products or services -which was appreciated. Being a woman it is often taken as an opportunity to take advantage with upselling under the guise of scare tactics that your car may break down or have you issues. Then they didn't give me an extension sticker which allows me 10 days to get that fixed and reinspected all of which are clearly stated on the nys dmv website as how to inspect. Both the manager and the inspector said they never even heard of any type of sticker. They wasted 3 hours of my time. My wife, who takes her car to another jiffy lube location, had the exact same issue with a completely opposite experience. They gave her an extension, allowed her time to get her tires changed and were immensely helpful to her. Extremely poor customer service throughout this location. Avoid this spot at all costs. They don't care about you or your time.

It's so rare to receive unpaid services in this day and age, and we definitely grateful for their generous time and diligent attention.
