I have a very bad experience with this shop . I called them to ask to change power steering fluid for my CRV 2012 and then brought my car to their shop and left. 2 hours later, they called that my car was available to pickup. I paid for their service and drove out. The point is this model has no power steering fluid. I only know this thanks to my brother. He laughed at me and said why you changed what did not exist. Very rude. I stayed polite and expressed the concerns on my vehicle, i know what the issue is even though I am female, he tried telling me I wouldn't know much because of my gender. Avoid going here!! i had a very bad experience for my vehicle's brakes service done in 4045 Thornton Avenue store. I replaced the brakes few weeks back. There is a noise coming from back side brakes for which i visited the store. The front office said he dont have time to look at it today so asked to book an oppointement for sunday 9.30 AM. When i went on sunday 9.30 am then another front office man told me to come on Monday as the mechanic who worked on my care works on weekday only. I went to store again on Monday and i told front desk elderly man about my visit to store today. He asked my why it was not done yesterday. I said it was because of other office representative who told me to come on Monday. Front office elderly man said thats bullshit and was very rud. He asked me to leave the key and he will call back but I insisted if a mecahnic can come with me for test drive to observe the noise.Mechanic came with me and was not at all ready to accept that there is a noise. Then some other mechanic came with me for second test round and he aggreed that there is noise when you apply brake. Then front office rudly told me to give the key and he will call back. This is by far the worst experince for vehicle service after paying $1200+. read more

my car had the battery problem so got it jump start by AAA and then search the nearest service station and this place popped in my search. I called this service station and provided all the details of the car like make, model, year ... everything and got a quote. The quote was little higher but still went this center. But as soon they realized that i can't turn my car off as i wasn't confident if the car will start again, they immediately bumped my quote and without looking under the hood the guy said my car had a special battery which is double the price of original quote!!! how can you said it without looking under the hood, i had provided same details on phone and a quote was provided now on reaching there how can the price bump by almost 100% that too without looking at battery!! i immediately grabbed my keys and drove off... will never go there again!. read more

Went here today to get brakes for my car. Came in a bit after they had opened (about 8:15am) and dropped it off. They said they would call me once they inspected my brakes. There was a car ahead of me. So I got a call about an hour later. They had to replace my rotors :( and the front brakes. Total cost after tax/labor $385. Oh well gotta do what you gotta do. They didn't finish till about 2. No biggie it was a Sunday and didn't have any plans. Whats nice about this place is that its opened everyday, most shops aren't opened on Sundays - luckily this place was. In about 4 months I will be returning to get my rear brakes replaced.
